Just east of downtown Dallas on the other side of US Route 75, Deep Ellum is the music hub of Dallas. National and local artists perform at the multitude of live music venues across town. The most popular spots are the Bomb Factory and Trees, along with the Dallas Comedy House that offers entertaining live comedy performances. This neighborhood is a haven for lovers of music and concerts. Public bus stations are located across Deep Ellum, and the neighborhood has very easy access to major highways. Deep Ellum has more than its fair share of local restaurants and bars. Twisted Root Burger Co., Angry Dog, Braindead Brewing, and Serious Pizza are just a significant few in the area.
