The units may look nice but the customer service is terrible. I have not received my refund it’s been over a month. Get the run around. I’ve called and am told someone will call back. Still nothingZ I’ve sent emails. Nothing. They just took my money and have yet to tell me where my check is.
G12 is located in one of the calmest and cleanest places in DTLA. The building itself is very well kept and maintained, all the staff are great and helpful, the amenities are great, and the apartments themselves are modern and have a nice finish. Definitely would recommend!

G12 was the first apartment I moved into in 2019 when I just moved to LA. I lived here for about a year and a half, then moved to a new area to explore another part of the city. I moved back to G12 when that lease finished earlier this year because I truly missed living here and being downtown. G12 feels like home to me and I've always had great interactions with management and other residents. I am so happy to be a part of this community again!

Let me just start off by saying I dont normally do this, but I HAD to because of the overall amazing experience I have had here at G12 so far. From the leasing process as a prospective tenant to living here day to day- I can say all my needs/wants are met. I have no complaints whatsoever. The whole process was made easy, efficient, and welcoming by the amazing staff here. Every one is knowledgeable, helpful, and warm-hearted! As for the building, the units and amenities are modern and well taken care of. Its perfect for any millennial and I would recommend it to anyone!

In the past I have had awful experiences with apartment complexes so I was hesitant to rent at G12. However I am SO glad I did. The apartment itself is so beautiful and has great amenities like the gym and movie room. Safety is a huge priority of mine and I always feel safe here with the 24hr security and front desk staff. Renting can be a nightmare, especially during the pandemic, but G12 has been so great that it's truly been a pleasure renting here.

G12 is a great apartment complex with a justifiable price due to how luxurious it feels. It has all the amenities you need and is very clean. It is in a nice part of Downtown which overall isn't the most safe or clean area in LA.

My car got towed for no reason. The parking pass had just fallen on the floor. I pay monthly for parking and had to pay over $350 to get it back and was told Jamie had it towed. When finding out more info, I was told cars at this building will get towed if parking pass is not visible. I then requested to Jamie that building should at least call or contact the tenant before towing, the response from her had a very nasty tone, she said its tenants responsibility to make sure pass is visible. No mercy here!!! I also read other peoples reviews that mentioned fob problems. I also had problems where my fob kept getting dis connected and I had to pay $50 each time to get it fixed, just doenst make sense that same fob keeps going out. Perhaps they are racking up on the $50 fob replacements since the building doesnt have enough tenants to pay the bills. I'm ready to move out of here!

I pay for parking at this building and my car got towed multiple times because my pass was not visible and it fell. The manager Jamie didnt care one bit, it seems she goes on power trips and has a bad arrogance about her. She has always been rude to me and others living in the building including my friends that visit. Once I was given a key fob and it stopped working weeks later. I was told by the front desk I will need to purchase a new one. I thought it was not fair that I was given a bad key fob that barely worked for 2 weeks and now I had to purchase a new one. On top of that there was an additional charge for the fob on my online account, when reaching out to Jamie she said I had to pay! Im looking forward to getting out at end of my lease!

I have lived at different locations downtown and G12 is by far the worst experience i've had. Mainly due to the incredibly rude staff. Another review below said it correctly, this staff is very nice to you up front when they want a commission check, after your in expect no customer service. Jamie, the property manager, in particular has been extremely rude to my guests when they are trying to get into property. I registered names of guests to the leasing office and many times security denied them entrance. Also, security will tell you that its ok for other guests to park in your designated spot, but then Jamie will immediately have the car towed. She doesnt even contact for a warning, its an immediate tow! And yes, there have been multiple burglaries in the parking garage. Numerous times my fob stopped working because the staff themselves dis connected the fob then make you pay $50 for a fob. This happened 4-5 times, a resident should not be continuously paying for fobs that are faulty or dis connected from the office! Several other residents have the same complaints i've stated here. Stay away from this property unless Jamie and other staff such as Ashley are no longer there!

I lived at G12 for 2year. Maintenance was really good. They repaired quickly! But the leasing office was not good.

I lived here for the past year and I wouldn't recommend it. The walls and ceilings are thin. You can hear loud footsteps from upstairs neighbors and you can hear your next door neighbors. Try to get a unit on the 7th floor, if possible. Also there are a lot of college kids that live here, which isn't a deal breaker, but they are really messy. They leave trash in the garage, in the elevator, in the halls, etc. And lastly, THEFT. There are a lot of break ins, even motorcycles have gotten stolen out of our garage which is only accessible by key fob.

Definitely a beautiful and great place to live. The staff is the best and makes this a community in addition to a very pleasant place to live. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly--even on the weekend. Farmer's Market behind the apt on Sundays and Taco trucks Tuesdays. Pool is heated, clean gym, beautiful clubhouse and rooftop patios. Walking distance to metro, Staples, LA Live and eating/bar establishments.

Was ready to move in, but the leasing consultant made a mistake in my application process. He admitted that it was his mistake and that I was the first to lease with a guarantor (co-signer). My credit is bad so I have someone to co-sign. BUT the consultant said since my credit is bad I cant live here..This doesn't make sense because THAT IS THE REASON WHY I HAVE SOMEONE TO CO-SIGN (who has a good credit). The leasing consultant and the manager are very irresponsible and inexperienced. There is a reason why the units aren't selling out fast here. I didn't even get an apology nor my application fee back. They made a mistake that led to myself not being able to move in. I was set; Literally had all my stuff packed because my lease date is ending very soon. Also, while I was writing my application my leasing consultant was in a different room chatting with his co-workers. I absolutely got no help. Irresponsible and inexperienced.
