Super friendly staff, and very clean! They have a ton of floor plans to choose from.
I’ve been a resident here since 2018 and love Gables6464! The location, amenities, size of the community and manager Karla make this the perfect place to call home! I love my loft style home. I like how I am super close to everything but that I am not “on” the hustle and bustle of the galleria or main grind. The gate to Whole Foods is nice as is the Kroger across the street. CVS is steps away and the Original Carrabas on Voss(around the corner on Voss) is the best for neighborhood Italian food. Come tour and see for yourself! It’s a great community!
The move in process was very smooth and the staff was very accommodating. They answered all the question I had. The room was better than expected.
I love the property and neighborhood. Location is very good and walkable. The staff Mrs.Karla and Chasity are amazing! Maintenance is always taken care of Promptly .
I am enjoying my community but there are a few things that could improve like cleaning common areas. The first floor is so filthy. The gate gets stuck a lot and the smell of marihuana all over the place is horrible. Also, the maintenance request do not get answered on time…
Just moved in yesterday and so far it’s great! A lot better than my last place for sure. Looking forward to a nice experience here. The office is responsive if you have questions or concerns.
Being a resident at Gables 6464 has honestly been a pleasure. The ladies in the leasing office has always been available to answer any questions or concerns. As well as being hands on with the residents in the community.

Gables 6464 is a great place to live. The staff is highly professional and maintenance addresses needs in a timely manner. It’s a nice, small quiet community.
Overall decent living experience, but it was quite disappointing that our rent was raised by nearly 20% to renew our lease. Since we are residents in good standing, we had a discussion with the manager to find a more agreeable rate and three weeks later, a $12 discount (less than 1%) was offered. Interpret that how you wish. Even though rent was raised significantly, the quality of management seems to have declined. When we first moved in, maintenance issues were fixed in a timely manner and the building was well-kept. Now, we have broken light fixtures in our apartment and our maintenance request submitted 5 months ago has still not been completed. Each time we contact management and coordinate a day for maintenance to come, nobody shows up or contacts us. It is nonsensical to have repeated this process for months, and still not have working lights in our apartment. Additionally, as several other reviews mention, the garage elevator is currently, and very often, out of order.
Very accessible area. Quick maintenance turn around time. Good communication with the leasing office. The only concerning issue would be the elevators being down quite often. However, they try to resolve the issues fairly quickly.
I moved into 6464 Gables over a year ago and I am very happy with my choice to move here! I really enjoy the amenities of Fetch and valet trash pickup. So far this place is great! Also nice to have the area nearby to take walks and also like the nearby shops and grocery stores that are within walking distance and have easy access. So glad I made this choice!

Management was very responsive to my needs after moving in to get the kinks worked out. Maintenance is very good about a quick response and working to get issues resolved.
I?ve been here for 6 days now and it?s been great so far. From the time I inquired about the property to my move in, everything was seamless.
Just loved in. It's been a very nice transition. People are friendly, community has been nice, and office has been responsive. I look forward to settling in.
We love gables, the place is clean and organized, the amenities are amazing,location is perfect! Walking distance to grocery store,restaurant and the gym.
The complex is nice well kept. However management could improve by making sure the computers in the business center are working properly. The TV on the gym shut off at 9 pm.
