Being a single woman feeling safe min my place is my top priority. This place fulfills that’s and has a great staff, is clean, has nice amenities and is in a great location.
We have been here about 13 months now. We absolutely love our apartment. With that said, there are a few things that seem to be steadily declining since we first moved in. There is a constant turnover rate in concierge, some are nice, some will check their lunch delivery before helping you and are pretty rude about you even being there if you need a package from them. Management has changed since we got here, and the grounds have seen a major slip since moving in. Rules about dogs being on leashes aren’t enforced, dogs have been urinating/pooping in the building and owners aren’t picking it up. Pool, garage doors, and elevators are constantly broken, and if it’s time for your lease renewal )ours was at 9 months) well good luck. They wanted a $200-400 increase and if you call the manager (multiple times) you won’t hear back until you go down there and refuse to leave without seeing her. Then she will come in and make it your fault they can’t give you a better rate bc you waited too long
Great people, great neighbors, great apartment. I renewed my lease because I’m in love with the area and the amenities are awesome. They throw events. Pool is heated year round with a great view.
I moved to this apartment a month ago and everything seems to be good here. The only concern of mine is that they don’t have a well responded maintenance team. I put a couple of services requests and it took nearly 2 weeks for them to be resolved. I had to contact the leasing team multiple times for the update. I fee they need to have a better maintenance team. Amenities are nice. I haven’t used them that much but I have seen the spa and hot tub closed most of the time because of the issue in heater and it’s not solved yet. It’s been a month.
I love living here! The neighborhood can’t be beat. Close to Cherry Creek trail and a quick walk Cherry Creek North. The amenities are amazing and I love the cozy apartment interiors. The grounds are clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend living here!
I have lived here 3 years and love it! I appreciate the effort and time that it takes to host so many events/special activities for the residents whether it is a hosting a movie night, coordinating food trucks, holiday parties, etc- there is always something happening in the community! Great staff and friendly neighbors
Maintenance response times is very slow, things around the building are constantly broken and need fixing. Key fob access and garage access for the building was deleted. Have not had access to the building or garage for almost a week. Leasing staff has not been helpful whatsoever. Emails were not responded to when i showed up in person i was asked to come back because they had a tour. When i came back no one was there to help. One of the worse experiences I've had by far with leasing staff. They do not care about their residents seemed annoyed when asked questions and they have no idea what they are doing. If you have other options for living definitely choose elsewhere. For the price of rent you pay here it is definitely not worth it.
Great community, quiet neighborhood, walkable to many great restaurants! Management is very responsive. It is very quiet- i rarely every here neighbors. Roof top is awesome!

I’ve lived in Gables for several years between my parents’ apartment, my first apartment on my own and now my current apartment with my husband. The location is amazing as well the amenities, when they are not closed for months at a time, and I love living here. And the cycle of new concierge team members can be a bit frustrating especially since they seem to receive different training, with some who are incredibly negligent while others go above and beyond. The same can be said for the maintenance team. I think if the property management company focused more on hiring committed, trainable employees and handling tenants issues in a timely manner, Gables would receive a five star rating again.
Some things have gotten better, some well.... Overall a good place to live. The Management is good. They listen and try to respond. Concierge has gone down hill. The new workers are for lack of a better term. Lazy. I have had wrong packages given to me because they didn't look correctly, elevators not unlocked when they are supposed to be, no one there without a be right back sign put up...etc. There are few top notch ones if they are still here. But for every one good one there are two that aren't. Maintenance used to be amazing. They all left, now there are a couple who are very solid and a others that aren't. The place needs to work on keeping the good employees. The grounds are a work in progress and the cleanliness of the building is better. The communication is good for the most part but they still pick and choose what they tell the tenants. Again, over all a good place to live, not a good as it was when it opened, but better than it was during COVID times.
Moved in the beginning of month and our experience has been wonderful so far! The common area on the top floor is quite the special feature and really makes Gables Cherry Creek a dream
The unit is nice and it is very quiet compared to most apartments. Some of the staff can be a bit standoffish but they do get done what you need.
Very helpful service from concierge and leasing offices so far! Move in has been smooth and easy and the building looks clean and well maintained.
The property is great; however, there are far too many maintenance issues, e.g. water leaks, problems with the pool and spa etc and the housekeeping should be improved.

Leasing agent stated that she was going to deduct $100 off and send an email to her manager to see if they can do more than $100. Leasing agent did not send me call or email following up with these conversations. Staff failed to contact me with the new lease. Now, The Gables at Cherry Creek is charging me an extra fee of $105.54 a day for month to month. I should not be charged this daily fee because as a tenant I did my part! *Please be careful as this place has been misleading people*

I have lived at gables cherry creek for over 7 years and have loved it!…until this past year where management and staff turnover have taken a negative toll on the building community. Unfortunately, the on site management’s lack of attention to residences needs and SAFETY have gone downhill. Until there are some changes at the building level I would look at other gables properties. This is a highly desirable neighborhood with beautiful views and amenities(when they are taken care of). I have made so many wonderful friends at the gables. The rooftop pool and grill area provide a great environment for getting to know your neighbors. Walking distance to cherry creek north and wash park is a big positive! All in all, I would have nothing bad to say about the gables if it wasn’t for the past 6 months of very poor on site management, decline in building upkeep and unhappy staff(causing high turnover).
We previously lived at Gables Cherry creek, but bought a home. We recently put tenants in our home and moved back into Gables. While the area is amazing and really what we moved back for, the management at the property has changed since we were here last and it’s certainly gone downhill. Maintenance requests take weeks to complete (sometimes over a month). We didn’t have AC for two weeks and there was no communication between maintenance and management (meaning maintenance had not fixed it but management was told it was fixed). The hallways smells like urine and desperately need replacing. The lights on the exterior walkways are broken/lying on the rocks. And you now have to pay for the community coffee machine. Like I said, the area is amazing and is the main reason we’re here, just sad to see an apartment take a turn when it used to be such a wonderful place to live. The previously management took pride in the community, this company doesn’t seem to do so.
Been here for the past year. Everyone is super friendly. The amenities are what won me over. The pool has the best view. Super dog friendly. It’s also so close to cherry creek that I can walk.

Living at Gables Cherry Creek has been a pleasure for our 7 yrs. However, as of many recent months, it seems as if the condition of the Gables Cherry Creek Apt. has become run-down. The pool deck is shameful, the condition of the deck itself is filthy and deteriorating, the chases and end tables are filthy, the grilling area has been out of working condition repeatedly for the past 3yrs., and continues to get worse with each passing year and month. The condition of the pool deck spaces is inexcusable for the high rent, and luxury Apt. complex it is advertised we live in.
Our complex is very nice but it is lacking in management and everything is either always being fixed or is completely no working. Everyone in the community feels that our rent is much too high for all of our amenities continuously not being able to be used, especially our rooftop during summertime.
Too many things to list regarding where I reside. The amount of clogged hair in the tub was filty and the tub would not drain. The toilet was the same way & it had a broken device from day one. The water was just recently turned on for the refrigerator to produce ice as well. The A/C unit is not balanced out below freezing unless it is at 75 degrees or higher. However, the staff are extremely polite. The pool is not working. One cannot sit on the pool deck to simply relax.
The staff and maintenance are really nice and helpful ??I really enjoy living here. Plus there are so many cute dogs to pet and fun events to go to.
My community has made Denver, my home. From the amenities that The Gables offers to the neighborhood, living here is the secret to quality living in Denver.
Everyone has been super friendly during my move in and I already live my apartment! High ceilings and AC are going to make my summer a breeze!
The apartment is great The only thing is the maintenance is very tardy. They tell us they are coming but don't show. They seem to be understaffed.
Overall, I love living at Gables. The location is unmatched and the amenities are beautiful and kept clean. My only major complaint is the lack of lease enforcement. There are still dogs walking off-leash frequently, dog owners don't pick up their pet's poop from the grass and sidewalk, and floors often smell like pot. (This coming from a dog owner in my 20's... if I can follow the lease rules and be respectful toward my neighbors, I expect the building to hold others to the same standard.)

The building is a first-class structure. The construction and amenities are top-notch. I have had repeated and continuous problems with the management team performance not matching the quality of the building. This is the classic problem where, while the building is amazing, but the end-game is not happening. I have submitted a list of several specific issues about three times and the fix is just not happening. The building management team just doesn't seem to understand the concept of excellence and making sure that the resident experience is 100% and beyond. They do not comprehend that everything on the property should be in working condition at all times. I have spoken with several other residents, and the consensus is just a feeling that they either don't care about the details, or they are not empowered to make everything 100%. I am at the point of giving up on it. In summary, it is disappointing to live in such an amazing building and not having it managed as such.
The experience has been good; however guest parking should be improved so that people can bust us without depending on the limited street parking
We continue to enjoy life at Gables Cherry Creek. We've resided here for close to 7 years. Management and maintenance work together to meet the needs of their residents, which we appreciate. We enjoy the many friendships we've made here too!
I love living at Gables Cherry Creek! I feel safe here . The building is clean and very well kelp up. The staff is friendly! Maintenance is responsive.
Our favorite apartment complex yet! I love the fact that the amenities are constantly clean and open. The team is also amazing and always ready to help which is very nice.
Nothing is perfect. But overall it has been an enjoyable experience. There are always things that could improve..dog poop bags being available by the bins, windows that don't sweat water on cold days, door mats being removed so no one falls over them, and residents not smoking pot or cigarettes in the building. But other than that all and all pretty comfortable living.
Gables cherry creek is a great community in a fantastic neighborhood! I have made so many good friends during my time living here. The building is in a perfect location! I love that we are on the cherry creek trail where you can ride bikes or run for miles! There is little need for a car when you live at the gables as great restaurants and shopping are a few blocks away. Truly the view and location have kept me here much longer than I ever thought I would be!

We have loved living here so far.. we’ve only had a couple complaints, mostly with some of the other tenants being inconsiderate with their dogs (not picking up after them, letting them walk around off the leash, etc. ), and lastly, the maintenance team is not great. Otherwise, we have had no issues!
Quiet, upscale community with many lux and convenient amenities. Management team very accessible and helpful. Building is well maintained .
This place is overall quiet. It’s so animal friendly. Everyone that lives here is overall friendly as well! The people who work here are great!
Overall I’m happy with the community. The neighbors are nice, people generally respect the community spaces, and the amenities are pretty nice. However, having to pay for the coffee machine on the 8th floor is kind of lame. And residents just got an email that the pool patio area will be closing at 6pm with no timeline of when that will change back to normal. That’s unacceptable, not only because we are paying to use this space, but the explanation of “fire and life safety concerns” doesn’t tell me anything. What does that even mean?
The entire group is the most beautiful and kind that eyes have seen, very efficient we are happy of being part of this community are truly examples to follow

We're still enjoying life at Gables Cherry Creek. We've been here 6 1/2yrs. The newest management and maintenance teams seem to make every effort to make residents a priority and happy in our environment. We do however hope that the regular cleaning of our Apartment hallways resumes, hallways are consistently soiled these past months. The amenities are still a plus. Very pleased to see the monthly events continue to improve, a few hiccups, but overall appear to be well done once again. The residents remain lovely to meet and good people to hang with.
We love living at Gables Cherry Creek! It’s definitely expensive and we’ve been disappointed by how much our rent has been raised since we’ve lived here but it’s been nice.
They are trying. Things still need some work. But they are trying to make it closer to how it was the first few years after they opened. Still a good place to live.
Great place to live! Management is on top of everything that goes on at this property. Very clean and well-kept up. Maintenance is amazing….
