We have been here for two years. We love living here. We enjoy the gym. We enjoy the pool area & the game room. The neighborhood is Lovely love that everything is walking distance.
Well appointed building. Proactive communication to residents regarding extended service disruptions, most notably with the elevators and pool, is severely lacking and has not met minimum expectations for a building of this type. Will not renew unless conditions and communication materially improve and improvements are sustained.
What a great moving experience. David, Jessica, Ernesto, Reynaldo, everyone accommodated all our questions with such kind and genuine attitude, and with high professionalism. Thank you so much! Definitely feel we have selected the right place to live!
We love it here!! Such a quiet and safe place to live. We even referred some friends who will be moving in next month. We are looking forward to renewing our lease for another year!

I love living in Columbus Center. The pool area is comfortable and has a fantastic view of Downtown Coral Gables. The building is just steps from a variety of restaurants and shops. Personnel of the building became my friends and were always ready to help. I enjoy living here so much!

Centrally located in the business district of the city of Coral Gables. Best architectural design ever, I am able to see all downtown Brickell and the ocean Grove area in all their splendor from my windows and balconies . Moving here was a big hit.

Great location and amenities. Columbus Center is conveniently located in the center of Downtown Coral Gables. That location is perfect for business and pleasure time, with a hundred restaurants and bars to choose from.

Great Location!!! Love the outdoor living space!!! New to the area, the building and this community. Definitely missing a dog washing station though.
No Christmas tree!! We have beautiful bathrooms ... but ... No soap in the bathrooms! ... and many times not even toilet paper Very sad
