I have lived at Gaither House Apartments for about 1 ½ years, and I have had a wonderful experience. All of the main concerns one might have when renting are covered. Maintenance is timely, efficient and accurate. All the people in the office are helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is safe, pricing is reasonable, and the neighbors are good people. The apartments are very clean, have been modernized, and have no mechanical issues. If I have not mentioned everything in this brief review, I apologize. However, I would give an honest rating of 9/10 for Gaither House, simply because I want cheaper rent, but it is Montgomery County so I guess it is not their fault; they may deserve a 10/10.
