Very Unsafe, Do Not Move Here
I just moved here a few weeks ago and someone has already tried to break into my apartment, and my mail has been stolen. When I went to report the mail theft they made me watch security tapes myself, then the DA showed up to investigate a murder on the property. I cannot make this stuff up.

BEWARE!!!!!!!
The pictures are NOT what the apartments are like. It is very trashy and unsafe. Please look before you put down a deposit. We lost $800 hard earned dollars and only stayed in the apartment for 20 minutes. Would not refund the money.

Make sure you go check it out in person
My son was moving to Austin for work & from the pics this looked like a decent place, nothing fancy. Before checking it out in person, he put $500 sec deposit & also had to pay $249 for renters insurance. We went to check the neighborhood & it wasd awful-apt complex had windows boarded up & looked pretty sketchy, so we decided not to move & asked for his money back (had not even signed a lease). Won't refund any money, so they made a quick $750.

These pictures not correct nor up to date!!! If you move here without seeing it first you will regret it! Do not make the same mistake as me, it’s not worth it!
