Property Ratings at Gallant Place Apartments
The manager and staff are good people. They listen and will try to help you as they can. The only con here is that there are no washer/dryer connections, and that the apartments could use a little updating. All in all not bad if you're looking for a reasonably priced place.
The manager is professional, direct and patient. The location of the apartments is ideal-both the physical structure of the units as well as the location of nearby stores. I'd recommend this location to anyone.
These apartments and grounds were very well kept. Definitely a good value. And seems like a good neighborhood.
