Nice quiet place. Been here 2 years. Really like it.

Been here since 2016 and it is now 2021, we are still very happy and still love our community and management is awesome they are friendly, caring and always accessible to our needs. This is a wonderful place to live come join our community you won't be disappointed.

I have had a great experience. Thank you to the staff for being so attentive and always having a smile. I will recommend this property to everyone I know. So quiet it makes it so easy to work from home.

I am relocating and looking for a place in Texas. A friend recommended Galleria Townhomes. I was very surprised with both the quality and the staff.

Love my cozy townhouse, and the management is always available if I need anything. I love this complex so much that my mom will be moving here when her lease is up.

This place it’s a nightmare the door handles would stop working all the time and when we would call for help it would talk a long time for someone to come a fix it but the worker would not replace it but use the old one. Also my husband got locked inside of the bathroom for 6 hours and nobody came to help us. Then for thee months the bathroom celling was leaked.And many other problems and we move 2 months ago and I haven’t gotten my security deposit check. Yesterday it finally arrived but without funds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT IS AWFUL

My family evacuated Hurricane Irma 3 years ago. The Staff at Galleria gave us a home. They are very attentive whenever I need maintenance. Jessica and Dina have been especially compassionate during these difficult times. My family is very grateful for all the service. The property's are beautiful and newly renovated. I would definitely reccomend this complex to anyone looking for a peaceful home with caring staff and neighbors.

If you want to live somewhere with mold and cracking walls with water leaking from your ceiling and A/C and heaters that work half the time this is the place for you!

Love the layout. Easy to fit furniture. Havent had a problem with parking like I have had at other complexes.

These apartments are by far the best that I have ever lived in. Management is professional and cares about the residents. If you’re looking for a great and safe complex then I would definitely recommend Galleria.

I've live here for 14 months and I just signed a new lease. This place is clean, quiet and the front office and maintainence staff are the best.

When I first moved into my apartment, everything was great! The staff was nice and the complex was well maintained. However, after 3 years of living here, everything has gone downhill. The staff is constantly rude and are never willing to fix any problems you have within your apartment. My carpet has not been changed once since I moved in and the foundation has completely shifted causing my fence to lean to the point where anyone can see into my backyard! Whenever I inform them on these issues, they either completely dismiss me or never come to follow up on it. For the price I am paying, I would recommend you save yourself the time/energy and take your business somewhere else.

I’ve been living at the Galleria Townhomes for a little over three years now. The front office staff is amazing! They are eager to help out at every chance they get. The maintenance crew is always quick to react if anything arises. I love living here because it’s centrally located in Carrollton. I’m five minutes from multiple grocery stores in the area and a block away from the greenbelt trails. This complex is worth every penny!

I love this community because it is accessible to the shopping centers, pharmacies, car repair shop, schools etc. Office management is friendly and sociable and whenever there is a work order put in it is handled in a timely fashion. We know the Maintenance crew, they are just as friendly as management, they are respectable when they come in do what they have to do and clean up after themselves. Me and my husband also love the fact the the community is a safe community especially that we have a Carrollton Police officer that lives here too. We haven't had any problems with neighbors and everyone seems friendly and keep to themselves. During the summer time when the kids out of school, you still hardly know that they are a round, no problems with kids but we do see them and vaguely hear much from them. We do not have kids so that was a plus for us knowing that there is kids here and most of the time you can hardly tell. (SMILE) Most of all I love when they do Tenants Appreciation Day, they are up and out early with a table set up with coffee, juice, fruit and some type of muffins on your way out to work or coming home from work. Our management team took the time out to make us feel appreciative. What can I say other then we love it here and love our community!

I am so glad I made Galleria Townhomes my final decision it’s always a pleasure working with the 2 ladies in the office they always make me feel at home.

I recently moved here from Arlington and have been very happy so far. The people in the office are nice and helpful. They have made some changes to my apartment that I asked them to do. The neighborhood seems quiet and safe. Convenient parking is sometimes hard to find.

My family and I recently moved into the 3 bedroom townhome and we absolutely love it. We have an awesome patio! The ladies in the offices made our move in process so easy! And maintenance is fast getting to our home! We highly recommend you make Galleria a place you call home

The staff was very nice and very helpful. When showed the property, the space was nice and clean. The apartments are spacious; and I could see myself returning for a second look.

We stayed at Galleria for a little over a year, and we enjoyed our stay! We moved from Denver to Carrollton so it was a big jump, but definitely worth it. I traveled a lot for work, I totally felt comfortable leaving my wife and kids - never any break in issues or crime. Actually the area is pretty darn quiet, which was a plus. Any maintenance issue we had was fixed right away (the maintenance guy is amazing)! The staff was cool too, definitely recommend this place.

If I could I would give this place no stars! It is not worth the money that they are asking. Also during the winter time roaches go from apartment to apartment. The employees are constantly doing random inspections and such in the house and it is just not an overall place to live. Our cars were broken into twice and when we informed the office they laughed. Save your money. Don't stay here!

I moved in about 2 and a half years ago and have enjoyed my stay very much! It is a quiet neighborhood with a lot of nice people living there. Close to parks which makes it good to go jogging or for a quick picnic. Also the staff is super friendly! Only reason I am moving is because i purchased a home.

We bought a house , so we moved out. It is bittersweet because we loved out townhome. Maintenance is so friendly and willing to help out. The office is nice too. I am going to miss them a lot.

This is a great place to live! It is safe and convenient to local attractions. The area is beautiful and centrally located in the city. The staff here are so kind and very professional, and maintenance issues are always fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Galleria Townhomes!!

I've lived at the Galleria Townhomes for 2 years and love it! My townhome is so spacious and having a designated covered parking spot is great! The staff is so friendly and professional and always complete work orders fast and know my name when I pick up a package in the office. I have no future plans to move from my community!

We have friends that live here. Everyone is friendly and the complex is clean. We plan on moving next month and will be moving here.

We are glade that we decided to make Galleria Townhomes our home, we we are grateful and thankful for such a great staff. They are friendly, they genuinely cares and they are easy to talk with. Whenever we put in a Work Order, the maintenance crew are punctual, they are knowledgeable with fixing or replacing whatever needs to be done. They also clean up after their selves when the job is completed. We also love the fact that no matter what time of the day or night it is, there is always available parking space. (SMILE) They have made us feel warm and welcomed. Me and my wife could not be any happier living here at Galleria Townhownes. Thanks Galleria Townhomes!
