Property Ratings at Gallery Apartments
If you are looking for apartments to live in I definitely DO NOT recommend living here. They have bad infestation problems; trash cans are always overflowing in all locations. When moving in we were told there would be security and there isn't. We got our sheds broken into numerous times and management didn't care. I said if they could check the cameras and they said they're fake. So then what's the point in having cameras. They need to update it a little more for what they charge. When needing something fixed in the apartment it would take awhile for it to get done.
*** NO PARKING *** Everyday its a hassle to find the parking on the streets, as the apartment only provides single parking (even for 2 bedrooms). If you have 2 cars then look for somewhere else. The only thing that we like is the floor plan.
To be completely honest the first thought was that it was nice, They even sent someone to clean our apartment before we walked in to "check it out". Now I know why! They have a roach problem that is worst than most hotels. Their repair team provides poor quality repair, and they cant be helped because the managers dont manage, THEY HARASS. They will stop their "important work" that they are doing (which isnt managing their employees) to come and make sure your kids are wearing "proper bathing suits". 1 time I went to throw out trash and set it down for a moment to go and drop off my sister with her uncle to come back and find the (now dripping) trash bag in front of my door! washers and dryers are poorly cared for with the price you pay for it! I walk about a half mile every morning and night and when its raining its extra special. but if I want another parking spot it will cost me $40 for the green envelope that will be on my window the following morning, or a $500 valet spot at the tow yard but dont take my word for it, just shoot yourself in the foot and let me know how long it takes for you to love being at work more than at home!
Bad parking/plumbing/staff Staffs are extremely rude specially head of the maintenance and the people that works in the leasing office They always talk as if they know everything This place has way too many problems and they do They constantly have plumbing problem. Sinks and toilets are alway backing up from the pipe with disgusting water... Whenever we turn on the hot water from the sink it starts to smell ROACHES everywhere no matter how many traps you set up inside the house roaches are inside this complex so you will always have bug problem Dont even start on the parkings... Three bedroom apartment with two parking that are exact opposite side of where you live
The complex it self is beautiful I have been living here for over 5 years now and I love my apartment I love my location of the apartment. The pool is nice and I have to say that the office people do have a lot of patients with me. Sometimes they could be a little harsh but now that i work in property management myself I can understand were they are coming from. Parking its tight but you do have parking in the streets witch in most cases most apartments don't even offer that. Maintenance team are always on point when you need something fixed. Great place to live Joanna Angela Solange great office team Thanks for all the support.
I have lived here for 2 months now and I have to say it is not what they lead you to believe... Parking here is the worst I have ever witnessed in my life. There is 1 handicap spot for residents in the entire complex and there is one for "future residents" but they will not let residents or visitors of residents park there. They made our handicap visitor move their car down the street because they were not "future residents" and the only handicap spot in the complex has to have a resident parking sticker to park there or they will tow. They mislead you when you first visit the complex and when you sign the lease... there is one parking spot per apartment (even multi room units) and they tell you there is free parking on first come first serve basis. The map they show you with all the parking is old and shows 30 spaces but in reality there are less than 20, they have the dumpster areas showing as free parking spaces. You are only allowed to park in the free spaces for 72 hours or they will tow you... so much for taking a vacation... They are crazy strict about parking in the future resident parking even 10 minutes before the allowed time, they will come out and make you move your vehicle until the exact minute of 6 pm. The street parking is a joke! There is very little and you have to constantly move your car so it doesn't get towed. If I knew parking was going to be like this I NEVER would have moved here!!! The unit has some nice upgrades, however they did not upgrade the windows. They are old single pane that rattle with any kind of movement in the building (not just your apt). They tell you after signing the lease to not hang anything from the ceiling because it is asbestos... The walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbors' conversations, and the hallways look like they are a scene out of a horror film, peeling purple and pink paint and horrible lighting. The office staff is rude and acts as if they "know it all" and you know nothing. Definitely not planning on renewing which is disappointing because of the hassle of finding a place and moving.
These are really nice apartments! It 10 minutes from Disneyland and u can see the fireworks ever night from your window! There is a shopping center 1 minute walk down the street. The employees are really nice and will get something fixed if it is broken. Also the pool and hot tube works and is just lovely to use. These apartments are a really great find!
The Gallery is a beautiful apartment on the outside. The landscaping is gorgeous and well kept, the buildings and hallways are clean, the office staff seem courteous and helpful. However, after my first week living in this apartment, I deeply regretted living here. Let's get the positives out the way, because there are very few: Beautiful landscape Close to freeways, grocery stores, shopping, etc Nice park near by Decent cost for the area Alright 1)There is absolutely no parking nearby. You will regularly have to park your car 1/2 a mile away and walk to your apartment. They provide each tenant with 1 parking space, and there is no where to park if you have more than 1 car in your family. They tell you that there is street parking, but they are lying. 2) The neighborhood is sketchy and has frequent car break ins. My car has been broken into while INSIDE the gated parking lot. My roommate's car was broken into as well. The leasing staff response: "That's not my problem". Safety and security is not a priority. The gate is frequently broken. 3) The leasing staff, with the exception of 1 woman, are disrespectful and treat you like children. They question you like police officers and assert their pseudo authority at any chance they get. I've seen them make children get out of the pool because they didn't have "real" swim suits, even though the children were supervised by a parent and wearing tanktops and shorts. They have questioned me and my guest about our business using the bbq area, because they have a no noise (at 12 noon on a Sunday) policy. I understand the need for rules and safety, however the staff take it upon themselves to uphold the letter of the law and treat you like you live in college dormitory, not an apartment. 4) ROACHES! I'm very clean and have never had roaches at any other residence in MY LIFE. However, all the tenants report a roach problem. It's disgusting. Overall, I'd recommend this apartment to families with 1 car, who don't mind rude office staff, roaches, or car theft.
The apartment is very spacious and updated well. However, parking is absolutely horrible!!! Good luck finding anything for yourself and completely count out having guests solely because of the parking situation.
My apartment is very interesting and that's all I have to say
