Property Ratings at Galloway Court Apartment Homes
Don’t rent here. The property is poorly managed. They don’t seem to care about current residences. There is mice and rodents in summer buildings the landscaping here they don’t keep up with and the water is shut off weekly due to emergencies. How many emergencies can you have in one week?
Worst management ever. The walls are super thin and they do absolutely nothing about complaints, maintenance takes months to come fix something, phone calls and emails are never responded to. Don’t recommend living here at all!! Cannot wait to move far away from this hell hole.
Was told I was approved to move in on a certain date and had been calling to be sure things were ready for days leading up. Finally someone answered and said the apartment was no longer avail. 2 days before my move in date! No other apt to offer in its place!
It looks nice from the outside looking in but once you move in it's a different story. Management never answers phone calls, return emails, fix anything, shovel snow or eve put down salt, or clean the laundry room. I have had problems with our apartment from day 1 including our bathroom drainage system, broken glass all over our balcony, and bug filled light fixtures. But they sure now how to leave eviction notices in your door for being 2 weeks late and after already given them more than half our rent during a global pandemic. This place is a joke, can't wait to move!

I moved in Dec. 2016. I was pleased with the community and staff. The leasing manger is wonderful... My Issues are there is an infestation of RAT!!! Yes rodents a lot of them. I am a very clean and orderly person so, I'm sooo ready to pull my hair. I have already put in my notice to leave. Its been weeks since I've cooked in the kitchen and I have thrown out all my food in the pantry.. The rats have wondered into the bedroom.
Very clean environment, spacious rooms, some offer patios, and most have washing machines and dryers. Good up keep on the outside appearance of the apartment, through management, and there is a very quick response time, with maintenance related issues. Management is very understanding, with being late on rent, as long as there is communication. Pet friendly, I did not give a perfect score because the apartment does not offer a park, or swimming pool, or even an exercise room, which would interest me.
