Property Ratings at Garden Brooke Apartments
I never even filled out a app for this place and i called and ask the lady about the apartments and she was very rude and tryed rushing me off the phone. her tone of voice was mean and disrespectful. She did not care about anything i was saying. she was completely rude!!!!! it was a red flag for sure!!
I am a tenant here and am currently looking to move elsewhere. When we first moved in everything seemed fine, but as we have lived here now for awhile the complex has gone through 3 managers and not always the easiest to get ahold of. Most of the neighbors are friendly and easy to get along with but the way this place is run is horrible.
Apartment smells of cat urine. Otherwise not a bad place cute courtyard. Other residents seem nice.
This place is a dump! I would give it a no star but it seems that you can't, a very sketchy area, bed bugs everywhere and the landlord doesn't keep there word. I would highly recommend for you to go elsewhere...you have been warned!
