For anybody that is thinking of living here do not don't get me wrong the neighborhood is beautiful but the apartments suck cockroaches everywhere even if you just moved in and have done nothing there is still cockroaches everywhere bed bugs all on the beds even if you didn't have bed bugs before if you move here you will get them no matter how many times you change your sheets or keep your bed clean very nasty I have not seen any mice of the time being there but very poor quality apartments and I now understand why they are so cheap.!!!!PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
It's infested with bed bugs cockroaches mice it has a disgusting smell they try to make it seem like these places are nice and clean suitable for living in it is not I would not recommend this place for no one to stay in just nasty and disgusting do not get caught up by the look of the inside it is not what it seems to be do not move here
Worst place I ever lived, bed bugs and cockroaches in every unit... management and maintenance lazy and don’t care about anything and shady... kids ages 2 and up unsupervised and pee and poop on the playground and laundry rooms... kids smoking weed and stealing... just gross... when tenants do laundry there will be bed bugs covering the entire floor....
I love everything about this place.... everyday I’m missing this place so much ... if I have a chance to move back then I would be happily to move back ?? Will try to reapply again in the nearest future ??
this place is the worse place ever. Kids unsupervised using the bathroom outside in the laundry rooms. bed bugs and coach roaches every where even outside. Management disrespectful and dont want to help you or change any thing. was cold several nights during winter cause they wouldnt fix the heat . maintanvce sont fix anything right. fire hazard cause they refused to fix my fire alarm for over a year. Reported this stuff to the state and health regulatory agency and they didnt do nothing either. They stole my rent and made me pay twice other wise they was going to evict me.....WORSE PLACE TO LIVE IN COLORADO
I love the apartments I live in. They have so many thing to offer kids and seniors.Very friendly people.
