Garden Gates

I'm not a tenant here although I visit here periodically and from what I see the apartments are nice size with really nice counter tops and wood flooring, property stays clean management is friendly.

My experience with getting an apartment with garden Gates was very good. The Manager of the apartment is extremely caring and very helpful. I would recommend Garden Gates to friends. My next door neighbor is very nice and friendly. Thank you

I love the granite counter tops in my apartment and the wood flooring. The updates here are so nice. I like that I can pay my rent or ask to have something fixed online. Recently things have been getting addressed really fast; I think its prob. the new management. The girl in the office MJ is very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain things and I like that. She is also dressed nicely all the time and so is the maintenance guy. I am happy in my apartment and hope I never have to move away.

If you are looking for a community that is diverse to raise kids - this is it!! The age of the people who live here are probably about 25-55 old. But I did not do a survey- LOL. Close by is tons of places to shop like Wallmart, Target, Marshall and more. Restaurants available are: Popeyes, Chipotle, McDonalds, Taco Bell, caribou and subway and Reuan Thai is pretty good too!!. Their are lots of parks close by for kids. If your single this would be cool too since its close to downtown - quick cab (15mn) to the bars- HA. I like the manager she seems real nice. And My apartment is great, anything that breaks is fixed fast. Oh but if you are looking for a super quiet place to stay away from everything this may not be it, there is lots of life here!!

I love the location, love the staff, price is reasonable, I feel safe living here. It is centrally located so it is easy to get anywhere. People here are nice and it has mature trees, nice private decks a pool and recently remodeled.

Good location, great manager MJ great Maintenece guy Razzem. No complaints things updated all the time clean, smells good in halways. my kids have friends here. Come live here you will like it.

I visit a friend here all the time. I love her kitchen and sometimes wish I could sell my house and live here! I'm sick of yard work. I met the manager lady in the hallway last time. She was so nice, even though she did ask me who I was visiting, I let her know and she said ah! well enjoy your visit! And let me know that she had an apartment becoming available for me. HA! tempting and I like her spunk!

I decided to look here as an alternative to my place I've been living there 5 years now and was thinking about making a change. I like the apartments and the updates. The manager goes by M.J. She was professional, in a cheerful mood and had me almost convinced to move until I learned there were not any top floor available. One thing that stuck out is how well the Maintenance guy was dressed. His uniform was matching and very sharp looking. Guess I'll spend another year where I am. I would suggest checking these apartments out if you are looking to move.

I am so excited to move in next month. It was very easy renting, the process took only one day, I signed my lease the next day! I have two weeks until I move in. I am excited for NO MORE CARPET! the bedroom has carpet but that is actually OK with me. The kitchen is to die for with granite and everything! I can pay my rent online and I even got a $10.00 gift card to target for signing up for auto pay! The buildings were cleaner than any others I visited and smelled awesome. I know I made the right choice. I recommend anyone looking for a nice apartment in a good location for the same price as the others around don't miss out on Garden Gates.

Living at Garden Gates has got better and better. We love our apartment, our neighbors and are very happy with our choice. Just signed our second lease! We love how convenient it is to get to work and shopping. It feels like it is ten minutes to get anywhere in the cities! Our child is starting school this year and school is close by. The new manager threw a big party for us this summer it was very festive and fun. A great community we are happy to be part of.

I've been living here for about 5 years and think its great. Good area, good apartments with good price. My family had been happy here for five years. Nothing to complain about. The office is fast to fix things. The workers are nice. Easy to get to shopping and roadways. There is a bus line too.

It was a breeze renting online, my apartment is just as cute as the pictures on the website. M.J. is great to work with, she made the rental process super easy. I broke my bathroom light the day I moved in, she didn't make me feel bad, called the maintenance man over and he came with a new one right then! Can you say teamwork? They joked and laughed as she held it up for him. They seem to be prepared for anything that comes up. I can tell they both like their jobs. This place is like nowhere else I have ever rented. Attitude is what makes all the difference. My last apartment manager was kind of a bummer. I can tell that won't be the case here. The updates like granite counters pulled me in but the service is why I know I will stay here for a long time. I am so happy with my choice. Thanks Garden Gates!

Lived here for many years never seen it look better. Something always being fixed up or re-done now. The office girl works hard and calls me right back every time. She gave me a new garage remote, now I dont have to get out of my car anymore to open garage its good. The maintence guy is very nice and has worked here as long as I have lived here maybe longer I dont know.

What a great place, we moved in from out of state and was the easiest move we have had yet. The staff is great, office lady helped us move in with ease and the maintence man was able to help me adjust a few things in the apartment. Lots of friendly people with great kids! Thank you Minnesota

Friendly, thoughtful and caring staff made my transition into my new home a success. I was very adamant on where I wanted to live, the location for me is ideal. We just rented an apartment here and are so excited to move in on the first. The floors in our place are so pretty and the apartment is very spacious. The granite countertops are amazing. We can't wait. M.J. Made everything so simple we appreciated her help. The buildings were getting new doors today so I can tell that the other reviews online that mention frequent upgrades are factual. The grounds crew was also there doing leaf clean up. Everything looked great. These apartments are very nice. We can't wait to move in!

This is a good place to live for a good price. Many improvements lately and a new manager in the office all the time- that I like. The maintenance man has been here at least as long as I have (a long time)The location is easy to get to anywhere from and if your car breaks down its right on the bus line.

This place is a diamond in the rough. A little older looking outside and really nice inside. Granite, wood floors spacious. The office lady is helpful and seems fun. She told me the maintenance guy has worked there for over 20 years. that has to be good. Grass looks great, no trash. I recommend you check this place out!

My family and me have lived here for over four years. We like our apartment, we like the area. Our kids like their schools. The maintenance man is always nice and fixes things right away. The new office lady is so helpful and here all the time. I know when I need something she will call me back the same day for sure. She made us a party this summer that was so fun. The hallways just got new carpet and it looks very nice. This is a good place to live with your family.

Just finished my first year here and signed up for another! I love the new manager. I like my place it's huge for a one bedroom. The price is very fair. The location couldn't be more convenient I can get anywhere in 10 minutes! Awesome.

It is a blessing to have MJ as a manager she is helpful, kind and is always available when I need her.

I love living at Garden Gates. We just got a new manager and I like her a lot. She is always on time (I have only half hour before I have to leave for work that I can see her in the office) she is always there working when I arrive right at opening time. The hallways just got new carpet and they added some more parking. I love my remote entry garage and how big my apartment is. They just raised my rent and I didn't like that but when I called around to see about getting a different place I couldn't find a better deal. My apartment has granite counter tops and nice wood flooring. The places I called didn't have that and wanted the same price AND the apartment was smaller. No thanks.

I like living here. My apartment is big and things get fixed fast when they break. I do not pay for heat and that is great! It's quiet here and a nice place for me and my kids to live. I like the new manager lady she knows her stuff. Her and the maintnenece man are always joking when they walk around. Rent here is a good price compared to neighbors who pay more for less nice things.

I lived at Garden Gates for 2 years. I had a wonderful experience. The building is well maintained and very clean. The staff is easy to work with and friendly. Most maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hours- which is fantastic. I had to move because my job relocated me to another city or I would still be there!

We have lived here for a while now and it is a fairly quiet place to be. Not a lot of noise and the neighbors are decent. The management and the maintenance are quick when things need to be fixed or there is a problem. Over all I am satisfied with living here. Family friendly and kid friendly living.

I have lived here for about 2 years now. The management and maintenance have always been prompted when there is a problem. The property and the buildings are well maintained. The Manager for this complex is great.

It's very quiet here. The staff cares about you, they update often and pool is great for my daughter in the summer.

This is a nice place to live, friendly neighbors, the grounds and buildings are kept clean and tidy, and the management is friendly and up to getting things done. They are always willing to work with you and if you have a maintenance issue, it doesn't sit long at all. Problems are fixed straight away! The well-lit grounds are really nice when coming home at night and with plenty of parking spaces it's frustration-free. Being close by to Highway 81 is very convenient! In the summer time when the pool is open, it's really nice. It's in the center of the complexes and you don't have to go out of your way to enjoy the sunshine or cool off. I don't know what else to really say other than Thank you to the management for making Garden Gates a great place to live!
