The secret is out – Buffalo is an idyllic city for renters on a budget with its low cost of living and affordable apartments. As the second largest city in the State of New York, Buffalo is a hub for innovators, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, and so many more. Known as the Queen City, Buffalo is also nicknamed the “City of Light” because it was one of the first metropolises to benefit from the light powered by the Niagara River.
Nestled along Lake Erie, Buffalo is home to an array of lush parks and beautiful views. There’s no shortage of entertainment options in this major metropolitan area. Residents enjoy cheering on the Buffalo Bills at New Era Field, listening to live music at Canalside, and sipping a pint at one of the many local breweries in town. The city’s affluent past has left behind historic architecture, ranging from grand buildings in Downtown to 19th century Victorian mansions.

Property Ratings at Garden Village
They do no maintenance in the hallways. They are rundown and disgusting. Never cleaned. The grounds are full of garbage. They mow the lawn but they do not pick anything garbage up. So you look outside and see garbage. Our cars are constantly being broken into. I do not recommend.
This is not a very good place to live in just about every apartment building there are Cockroaches and they are in the walls and there are other things that you would not like. the owners know about the bugs but will not do anything about it. There is public transport ion close by but they run hourly. And no service on weekends. There are also Gangs in the neighborhood and they more or less run this area. The sell drugs and if given a chance they will break into your storage space in the basement and take any thing that's valuable.
My husband and I have recently moved in, the staff were extremely helpful to us when sd first moved in and nice, the repairs get done quickly too. Most people here are very chill though some people yell, we go undistruptive. Honestly the saying goes for anything if you cause problens you'll havd problems, bur we have had no issues eith the other tenants. Rhe staff etcm its right next to a seven 11, the mall, a super market and other convenient places.
In the past people have left mean comments on here about this complex, however non of which are true. I have lived here 5 years and I have no problems. Not with the staff or other Tennant's. It's all up to you and how you live that determines whether living here will be bad or good for you. I personally have never walked into the rental office acting as if I have a chip on my shoulder, or cussed at them because your work order didn't get done yet. They don't have to put up with that. Would you? You know talking and acting like you have some sense goes a long way. When I have a question or a concern I either (one) call them up and ask or (two) walk down their and ask. They never greet you with a mean face or treat you second rated. So don't second rate them.
