Property Ratings at Gardens At San Juan Square
Landlord doesn't do nothing, property manager doesn't do nothing, I've had my car almost broken into, my other car keyed, had a leak for 4 days, lousy neighbors who don't get violations, horrible kids who have guns, no security, had a flood 2 years go and still haven fixed my laundry area. Still haven't cleaned out the dryer exhaust which is a fire hazard, landlord didn't let me know I was being charged more rent at one point. He doesn't answer none of my calls. Regional manager doesn't reassure me what's being worked on or updated on any concerns like my car being broken into. Like I said the worst!
Paperwork is not reviewed and returned timely. Customer service stinks. The apartment had previous damage even though we were told it was brand new and NO ONE had lived in this unit previously. They will tow your vehicles even though you have a tag on it, so dare not have an overnight guest. For what we pay for rent, it is not clean or safe. Drugs laying out on the sidewalks. Don't live here. If something breaks they take weeks to assess the damage. Then weeks to repair it. The staff acts like you bother them when you have to report something, as if it's not their job?!?!? We had no idea where our mailbox was, remotes were not set to enter the gate and other facilities for weeks because staff was too lazy to do it.
I've been here for about 2 years and seems like the rent keeps going up at least every six months. I was the first to love in my apartment which was great to me. Things were great back then and now they just went down hill after that. Management has changed about 3 times, which is not good because when you turn in paper work they need they mis place it or they say you haven't turned it in. I live in the third floor and the roof leaks! Yes it leaks, so much for new building. I put in work order after work order and seems like no one cares that my bed room, master bath, and closet leak soo much. I have mold in my ceiling and I have a 2 year old which is bad and they don't even care. Then I'm barley home and somehow I'm starting to get roaches!! Small then they started to get big. And another thing we get our bill in the mail before it is due and when you turn it in they say "that's the wrong amount the computer has something else" which is dumb because it's conflicting, I mean who wants to get a bill and go to an office and pay $200 more. Don't live here unless you really wanna deal with work orders lost, rent going up, roaches, mold, or leaking roofs.
Apartments that I live at Gardens at San Juan are the best apts I have ever lived at. I have a beautiful 2 bdrm 2 full bth , 2 large walk in closets, they are so big and beautiful ,comes with w/d connection don't have to worry about leaving my place to go wash .I also have a large swimming pool, computer room , gym ,laundry mat for others without.I have an Elementary school across the street ,grocery store, dept. store , bibliotech next door, what else do I need I have it all. Beautiful appliances ,island in the center ,in other words it's beautiful and I have everything I need around here. Thanks
I'm not gonna say that its Exactually what I've been looking for but this property is just gorgeous. Also I love me some lexipooh.
This Apartment came right on time. I had just got a new car and I was looking for a cheaper apartment. This apartment was brand new when I moved in. I feel like this was a blessing no it may not be on the best side of town but it's quiet and the area is getting better. This is a nice big two bed room apartment just enough for me and my son. I'm grateful to have a roof over my head. I hold management and other residents accountable for keeping this community clean and a great place to live.
These are just the apartments this side of town needs. They are beautifully made and affordable...im in love! Exactually what I've been looking for can't wait to move in.
This is a beautiful property and for a decent price. Definitely a place I would refer people to who are looking for an apartment at a good rental price
