This condo features over 800 sq. ft. of living space and is situated on the third floor. A nice open concept floorplan with a large living room and separate dining area. Bedroom is also a great size and has a walk-in closet. Bathroom features a garden tub. This condo has a screened in patio and washer/dryer included. A small pet under 35 lbs is welcomed upon approval and with a pet fee. No co-signors or guarantors permitted. No roommates. We have a Strict NO Smoking or Vaping are permitted in or on the property. Nest Finders will not lease sight unseen. Applicant must view property in person in order to lease it. Screening includes credit/criminal background check, income verification of 3x the monthly rent and rental history verification. TENANT CHARGES: - Application Fee = $80 per adult - Lease Initiation Admin Fee = $150.00 after approval and upon signing - Resident Benefits Package (RBP) = $35.00 per month (not optional) - Security Deposit = 1-2 x the monthly Rent depending on property requirement and application score (fully refundable) - Pet fees as listed (if applicable) -$70 HOA Admin fee due to HOA prior to move-in. Spacious for noisy

This apartment is very spacious 3/3 1500 sq. ft. but the walls are so thin. We are on the second floor and we can hear everything from upstairs. The neighbors upstairs are so tiny but it sounds like dinosaurs are coming through the ceiling. This is the worst apartment I have lived in, in regards to noise. The parking situation is pretty inconvenient too. There is clearly not enough parking for the amount of units here so you may have to park around the corner. On a positive note, the space is fantastic and the rent is decent.

Condo Rental

Love the community as it is located so central to everything. Management seems to be doing a good job keeping the place nice. Wonderful neighbors and lots or things to do close by.
