REFUSES TO FIX AC 90 degrees inside apartment
It’s been over a year since we put in a request to fix AC and all they have done is drop off a SMALL portable AC unit that does nothing. It has been 90 degrees Fahrenheit inside the apartment all month. Considering taking legal action

EEXCELLENT MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE
I stopped by this property a few days ago, & I was truly excited to see that I found everything I was looking for here within my budget in the Houston area, but a lot of places were very expensive & did not have that small community feeling. Or have a friendly staff & maintenance all in one, with a great location. Right away I was greeted Ms. Angelee a truly amazing, and knowledgeable professional who had answer to all my questions! Excellent staff & service. I’m so ready to move in now & call this place home! Thank you staff! Valerie I.

Wonderful apartment
This is one of f best apartment to live in Houston, it's at d center of d city and close to more than 25 malls, schools and easily to catch up metro to anywhere in d city, d apartment is great.

Spacious and New
My friend just moved in here and invited me over for his daughter's birthday party. The place is huge. Everything looks new too since they changed to new ownership and new management. The garage is spacious enough for my friend to host dozens of guests. I would love to move here after my current lease expires in the next 2 months.

Very old place
Dont waste your money here. It's not safe here they run your information without telling you and keep your deposit and than kick you out. The staff is very rude they might seem nice, so be careful of dogs.

Location, Location, Location
The location is great, just off Westpark Toll Road, Close to Westheimer, Close to Hwy. 6. There are (5) Walmarts within a 10-15 minute drive of the complex. You are close to Beltway 8, I-10 and Hwy 59 that makes it easier to commute in just about any direction.
