The apartments and the community itself is very nice. I like the units. Some downfalls. Overall it's the tenants that make it a not so great experience. It's a gated community and the residence are always damaging the gates. The owner (AMC Properties) need to invest in more quality repairs instead of quick fixes w cheap materials. They don't take pride in the community. The maintenance is great but, they can use some help. I don't think they have enough staff to maintain the property. I have never had any problems w/ management which is a plus.

I counted down the days until my lease was up! Management is amazing at blowing smoke and saying whatever you want to hear. I don't think they've followed through once. The gates been broken for months and vehicles have been stolen. There is never any parking. Multiple apartments have to have like eight plus people in them with multiple vehicles that never get towed even when you call the tow company. They charge you nearly 200 a month on fees related to maintenance or convenience that you will never see in your life time being put to use. One fee literally says they can charge you for cost of professional management of the apartment community.... that's the C.A.M. fee if your interested in looking at the addendum. I beg of you do not give AMC your money and your life will be so much better off.

Well this complex is decent. My husband and I have been living here since Sep 2017. First of all, this website says they’re open sundays 12-5 and that’s a big lie. They are closed on sundays. They have been remodeling the leasing office for months now and just now I am seeing some progress that they are actually working on it. The “controlled access gate” is always open. Maintenance request take DAYS to show up and even then, they only show up cuz you need to call them again to remind them they need to come out to your apt. There is absolutely no parking ever!!! We had to get a garage because when my husband would come home from work there would be NO parking and he’d have to park by the entrance, and we live way in the back. They made a dog park that is the size of a two car garage which is so tiny!! But there is no kid playground. I’ve seen kids play in the dog park all the time , which they wouldn’t have to do if they would have made a kid playground instead!!!

If you want management that screams at you and dares you to call the cops on you, this is the place. 3 months after moving in, none of our move-in problems have been fixed, except for knobs for the bathroom/kitchen drawers that were installed yesterday. Bedroom window won't open, roof is leaking, kitchen sink has no handle to turn it on or off. The rent is double the cost of comparable options. The grounds are covered in dog poop and the pond is rotting. But better yet, your packages will be left unsecured in their mail room, torn open and left askew, which is a felony. And even better, I had them void a rent check I wrote from one bank and wrote them a new one from a different bank, assured they would only charge me what was due. They deposited both checks, and now claim they cannot refund me my money. This apartment complex is the most criminal business I have ever dealt with. They smile on the front, but will scream at you red in the face the minute they can't correct their own mistakes. Don't make the same problem we did.
ZERO STARS!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They may seem nice at first, but that's only because they want your money and under that mask, they are rude! They are not military friendly. Oh, you've been a loyal resident and renewed for years, never had a late payment, etc? They don't care and will never even try to help you out. When you decide you want or need to leave/move, they will try to milk you for all that you're worth and kick you on your way out the door. Please do not ignore the bad and true reviews or be distracted by the pretty lake....this place is not luxury, is falling apart and is ran by liars and hateful people! I regret every day that I have lived here!

this community just care about your money the office personal are rude, there is never a parking spot when you get there, there is always trash around there have been a lot of complains regarding security , i live here and got robe twice somebody broke into my car , NOT SAFE COMMUNITY AT ALL can't wait for my contract to be done !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY NO ANYBODY
Good location that is about it. paying too much for this 1 bedroom apartment stairways and hallways very dirty with spider webs and stains. Not much pride taken in this community. This used to be a top choice apartment location but now the neighborhood has gone down the drains with lots of vandalism and apartment break-ins. This place is close too gas stations and fast food. Wal-mart not too far away for those that like to shop there. I-10 free less than a half a mile away. Downtown just 20min aways and the Airport is 20min away
We found our apartment from this website and we couldn't be more pleased! We love our apartment!!! The area is so nice! The staff is amazing! We just have a lot of good things to say about the complex
And a community it is! With plenty of walkways and a mini lake that surrounds most of the complex! You can kayak or canoe! There's catch and release fishing! And a few places to get your canoe/kayak into the water. The clubhouse is beautiful with new Mac computers and a great printer. There are 2 pools, a hot tub, and workout room. Close to restaurants and the airport!!! And walking distance to the new rail that will be opening next year! It will be a quick ride into downtown Denver and even quicker ride to the airport. This is the place to live! Right off the I70 and seconds away from the I225. Denver address without the crowds! Plenty of space! The grounds are well maintained! The staff is AWESOME! And the maintenance crew are speedy and do an awesome job as well. Stop looking for a place to call home....THIS IS IT!!!! :)
