I have been here a few years the office turnover is horrible I had some many maintenance problems that started with one property manager company that did nothing finally the new property management company fix all my issues but did it in a poor manor I had a link from my AC that flooded my apartment for 3 months i lived in a swamp they would not move us or let us out of the lease when the second management company came they fixed it but it again took months and I have to live in a construction site they had to break down walls to fix the AC line again we couldn't move not only that our cars got towed because they would not give us new parking passes because the address on my registration is my mother address even though I had a change of address card that reflected this address now the new management company dont fix anything on top of that they dont communicate with each other we have never paid any bills late after 3 months we are told we owe a gas bill and the lady in the office is so rude

The maintenance service is not good. They take forever to come and fix something. Or when you call for maintenance they make you think you’re lying and that whatever’s not working works perfectly.

I lived here for 2 years and didn't have to many issues on the property itself. Huge turnover for office staff and alot of miscommunication. Maintenance is very SLOW. My last month there they made a report telling my new property I was late on my rent 13 months out of the 24 which made it hard for me to move. I moved out August 4, 2018 and was aware that I would have to pay for those few days (August 1st-August 4th). No one ever contacted me about this and a month later they put a full months rent on my credit report. Because of office staff is the reason I'll never move back on this property.
They don't care anything about your income after you move in, but it's very interested how they care about what you make when you move in, My Lord the world we live in. When will when will someone really care I mean really care before and after
Pretty good complex to live on. Parking is ok, no issues with complex, very quiet, maintenance is kind of slow, huge turnover for office staff, it’s always someone new running the property. Other than that I would recommend people to live here.
Where I live , new management has just came in and raised our rent , sky rocket . We normally pay 1395 for a 3 bedroom but now we are paying 1450 and 1500 when it's late fees . It's ridiculous my whole check is gone because of this rent . I can't tolerate paying it anymore . I live in a household with 5 and we are still struggling .. I NEED HELP
