Geel place

The manager is a bully , he uses scare tactics to keep people in line and knows that most of the tenants are either not aware of their rights or are to timid to stand up for themselves . He speaks to the tenants as if he is smarter and above others while speaking to tenants as if the are below him and are nothing (sub humam), he is demeaning twords tenants and if you try to stand up for yourself he will raise his voice and become verbally aggressive (he has a very thin ego)tenants that have lived here for 13 yrs since the complex was built have not received new carpet or air conditioning while other apartments have been updated for new tenants , and when you write a written complaint or request for updating , you are met with hostility and threats of being written up for the smallest of things wrong with your apartment that could be easily fixed on the management end, except that making such threats to those that are timid react as if it's their fault somehow , and the intimidation has worked, this is a very sad place to live, it doesn't feel like a safe and happy place to live do to the bully tactics of the manager.
