Property Ratings at Gem Lane Village
No on site mgr, or maintenance. getting maintenance to fix anything is hard. Most apts do not have a washer or dryer and there is a severely limited amount of them on site in poor repair. No pool as it was dug up and filled with gravel. Property management company fried raising our rent over 60% as soon as the owner hired them. Property management company is also very poorly run and attempts unfair things with tenants a lot. Including apartment entry without legal written notice first.
