Property Ratings at Gemini Estates
Jennifer and Patrick work very hard to keep the property looking good. My home is very comfortable and well kept. They are always doing little projects to make the property nicer. The location does not get any better, right off of the 695!
Called to inquire about the apartment listed. The lady on the other end wanted me to submit and pay for application before she would even show me the apartment. Pay you to look at a space that I don't even know if I want? I mentioned how ridiculous that was and she said it was due to "Covid Regulations". Umm covid lockdown has been over for two years I mentioned and she went on a lecture. Any place that wants you to pay them money before even seeing the place is a scam. Definitely a sign of terrible ownership/management. Steer clear.
Everyone smokes. It comes through your vents and your apt will smell.
Sermar Management will keep your security deposit regardless of the condition of the apartment. So, I wouldn’t move here if I was you
