Property Ratings at Genesee Park
Genesee park is a nice and quiet facility. I love the property and office staff
This place is really awful, everything is old and filthy and stinky. hallways carpets and stained and disgusting. kitchen cabinets are smelly and stinky. Appliances are really old and inefficient. pool is always closed, I mean for the last three years it's been always closed. stay away from this place.
I highly recommend these apartments. The tenants are friendly and quiet. I was in a 2 master bedroom and it was very spacious. Parking is very convenient. Mariann the manager and Scott were very pleasant and if you needed maintenance, they took care of it right away. Check this place out!
I came in not a happy customer left feeling like I found my family a safe home. Beyond Satisfied!!
Genesee Park Apartments has been my home for the last 11 years, I am so thankful I found this Oasis. I have absolutely no complaints with central air, dishwasher and security in the evening who would :-). The apartments are quiet and give you a sense of home. Moving here was the best thing I did being a single woman. The neighbors are friendly, and I absolutely love and appreciate how there is always parking aside from the parking place you receive when you move in as a tenant. The maintenance man (Juan) is literally a gem. Juan comes in and fix’s anything that need to be fixed and does it with a positive attitude and in record time. I have to say… I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Genesee Park, the staff is the best, professional and courteous and always greeting me with warmth and a smile. If you are looking for a place to call home, this is the place! FYI I moved here because I needed central air conditioning… The day I moved in it was so hot and I knew I made the right choice when I walked into my apartment.
Needed a place fast. Nicole and Sandy in the office made our application and move in process quick and easy. Timely manner to respond to maintenance calls. Parking is easy!! There is covered parking and plenty of guest parking. Nice quiet location with friendly people. Plenty of good food and shopping within walking distance! Glad I picked Genesee Park to call Home!
