I LOVED living here. Perfect location and my unit was newly renovated and beautiful. All maintenance requests were handled quickly. Neighbors are quiet. Laundry is on site and convenient. Laurel makes everything very easy and great. I’m only moving because I lost my job. I wish I could stay!

This is a great place to live. The manager is supportive and will help you with issues you have. I can’t say enough nice things about her. The place is quiet. The maintenance fixes things in a timely manner. The apartments are beautiful. I love living here.

We've have been here for four years and have not had any issues. Maintenance requests, if necessary, are done quickly. I like our privacy, it's quiet and it's near downtown, and schools. Great place to live. Thank you.

If you want to find an apartment that is reasonable in price and extremely well-kept, then you could move here . I have lived in these apartments going on two years. thank goodness Geneva states has a manager that lives on the site and takes excellent care of every single thing from the beautiful grounds and Keeping herself available for anyone at any time to the quiet and respectful communicate that she has created. It’s all true. You would have to come visit to see for yourself. The property owners spare no expense in the upkeep of the property well keeping your rent at an affordable rate. I’m writing this because I am seeing a whole lot of postings for people looking for apartments I truly hope you see this .

PLEASE do not listen to the crappy reviews by previous tenants. They are merely crappy people with crappy attitudes who won't work with the management and like to complain....I work in this field elsewhere and see it daily. If you are looking for a great place to live where they take care of the property and care about your requests, then look no further than here. My water heater went out and they responded quickly and replaced it. They are there to plow snow in the winter and fix the buildings during the summer, never missing a beat. I have not had any bad situations with this management. They are always nice and always responsive to my requests. I have to give props to Laurel and the Crew here who really care and go out of their way to fix things and NOTICE things (yes, preventative maintenance)..and thanks for the new air conditioner..hope to use it this year. Been here two years, and will probably be here for 2 more. I really like it here!

I have lived at this complex for about 11 years.This is only the 2nd Apartment I have ever rented.I have owned or rented houses for the most part.The property manager and the head of maintance here have always been very friendly,nice and very respondsive to my requests.Maintance work has always been done in a very timely manner.for anyone out their looking for a affordable place to live in Lake Geneva checkout this property.

I've had the pleasure of being an apartment resident at Geneva Estates for two years. It is with pleasure for me to recommend Geneva Estates. The property manager is efficient and courteous no matter what issue I have before me as well as the entire staff.

I have lived in the apartments. about four years. i have no problem. with anything. You don't. have to pay for maintains. unless you break. something. The manager is very nice and does her job very excellent manager. couldn't. ask for a better. manager. But if you don't follow the rules. then you will not like it here

This location changed owners in the last year. They were a joke. Not only did they remodel the apartments. Many of the tenants that were living there and were long term residents did not get their leases renewed and they did not give a reason or said that because they could be sued they cannot legally release the reason. That is not true at all. Then they would say if you went to apply for another residence you either broke the lease or gave no notice that you were leaving. That is not however true because they were the ones that forced you out. But that's not the kicker. They then went after us for the next three months rent even though there was no lease. We moved when the lease was up. They also take your security deposit and use all of it for repairing the apartment plus they charge you for anything else that needs to be done. So like I said do not move here they are a bunch of money grubbing frauds. That will not do anything but take and take and never mind long term residents.

Hate living here. The ad lied about having dishwashers in our unit. Not only are our windows practically useless due to our building being built into the ground and living on the bottom floor, but the screens were flimsy and did anything but protect us from pests the first day we moved. We have had ants emerge in our bathroom, and according to others in our building, they claimed the same. We have two radiators that do not work and haven't since we firat moved here, and we also have an unusable phonejack in our kitchen. Management is horrendous and have not been helpful whatsoever.
