This is a great property in a prime location on the Southern end of the Westside. Location is great and the units themselves, while small, are in good condition. Management was a pain. After I moved in, it took 2 months to get the hot water going and my on site manager would not respond to the issue. Frustrating. If the ownership could put a different on site manager in place, my review would be 5 stars

My apartment search lasted a long time, but I finally found the perfect home at Geneva@Pacific. My one-bedroom one-bathroom unit is incredibly spacious. I love to cook and the kitchen is brand new and has fantastic appliances. I frequently use the roofop deck any time I have friends over, which is the perfect place for hosting dinner parties. The small size of the building creates a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. The Mar Vista location is close to some of my favorite restaurants and shops. Geneva@Pacific is a fantastic new home!
