This is a great community to reside in. The office is amazing staff and very friendly and welcoming! The grounds are always cleaned everyday and the pool is only shut down if immediate clean is necessary, other wise it's very clean, unlike most other apartments.

Overall great living experience, The office and maintenance staff are amazing, always friendly and welcoming, and always quick to respond to any issues we may have. The Ambassador program is great, it's nice to know my neighbors and staff and be included as part of the community.

Fairly nice area with good people around. Maintenance needs some work and there are many little fees they add into your rent. Amenities are nice and front staff is fairly helpful.

Love our place! Been here for years now. Only downfall is neighbors, but that’s what you have to deal with when living in apartments! Besides that, we love our “lake” and duckies!

I enjoy living here. I wish we weren’t charged water considering how much water goes into the streets from broken sprinklers. The prices keep going up so we won’t renew our lease. The property itself is nice. The wildlife here is neglected. Lots of hurt mangled ducks living on the property. Wish the mgmt would spend a little taking care of the ducks instead of wasting money replacing gravel.

I absolutely adore the layouts here, newly renovated and spacious. Great natural lighting in all the rooms. The girlies in the front office always got me. They are always delightful. The maintenance team is very efficient and communicative. I love the amenities and the ducks. Some people don’t like the ducks but I love the ducks. If I could work here I would.

Very nice neighborhood and cozy apartment. Lots of amenities available for resident use as well as community events. Love seeing all the ducks around the neighborhood even though parking is very very very limited

Great place very quiet and friendly. The only problem people let there dogs poop all over the place and don’t clean it up. And the people who run this place don’t care.

Love living here. Is super close to my kids school and my work. The atmosphere is quiet. We have the Albertsons and McDonald's and dollar tree close to us. Everything is convenient.

I absolutely love living here. It is a quiet well maintained complex. Any issues I have had are resolved quickly and efficiently. I have a renovated unit and it is beautiful. The appliances are newer in age and the finishes give that modern luxury that everyone will love. They have events every month for the residents that are always sure to be a blast.

Staff is friendly, grounds are mostly clean, having the app is pretty handy, apartments themselves are old and very obvious that minimum is done to flip them for the next tenant.

Adore it here. View is awesome, staff is friendly and things are fixed promptly. I struggle with most of the messaging being by email as i do not check it too often but thats my only issue!

Hey Everyone, I’ve been meaning to get on here. Genoa Lakes is by far my favorite place to live. All the leasing staff go above and beyond to help any of us. The events they have on the portal are amazing and kid friendly. I’ll be staying here quite awhile with no complaints.

A resident of Genoa Lakes for eight months and they continue to provide stellar service in all categories. The leasing staff, grounds keepers, and maintenance for a property this size is amazing. Great neighbors, neighborhood and staff! Location is perfect with necessities within walking distance. Public transportation right out in front of the complex! There's also a park behind the complex. Super pet friendly in the neighborhood!

Everyone is friendly and keeps to their self. Genoa lakes does a good job keep up with the grass and presentation of the complex. It is easy to get in contact with the office and they are quick to attend to my request and needs.

Living in Genoa Lakes is a pleasant experience, from its beautiful lake to the always well-maintained gardens. I love the feeling of security when I take walks in the afternoons and I meet some new friendly neighbors who are walking their pets. The office are very friendly and do many activities for residents to enjoy. The pool and gym areas are always well maintained and clean. Sometimes I think I'm in a hotel!

Genoa Lakes has been a great community to live in. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The maintenance staff does a good job on taking care of all the service requests in a timely manner.
