Genoa Lakes has been a wonderful place to live. The staff and maintenance has always exceeded my expectations. He was prompt, he was courteous, he picked up and did not leave a mess. The service was not completed as satisfactory, the stripping has fallen off and hanging from the door and was recycled and the attempt reuse was poor quality and is definitely a struggle to lock and unlock the door in a timely manner.

For the first time since renting, my rent went DOWN this lease! I have had literally 0 issues since moving in a year ago. I love living here because the staff is so kind, they hold awesome events for the community and their maintenance team is timely and professional! Love it here

Great place to live. I have lived here for 4 years now. Great people in the office and clean apartments. Everything is updated and nice. I would definitely recommend living here. We also got security that patrols the complex.

You can hear noise through walls and floors very easily, parking lot is not maintained, and sprinklers spray the walkway not the grass. Otherwise it’s been a decent place to live but I don’t like grey star

Seems great so far. Nice place lots of options to do things and such so it seems fun. The pools look cool the lake is nice. The fitness center has a lot options.

This is a nice place to live. I don’t care for apartment living but was kind of thrown into it and this place is not bad. Rent is getting unaffordable though. I doubt I’ll stay when my lease is up. I’m finding house with cheaper rent.
Everyone seems friendly including the people in the office and the maintenance man. I enjoy having the fountain directly below my balcony. The noise of the water has a very calming effect on me. I like to go out on my balcony and just relax. I look forward to my time here

It is an amazing place to stay. They are doing so much to make the place look a lot better. Only problems are a lot of dog stuff all over the place. If I had kids I would not let my kids play outside. Also the pond had a fountain moving water in the middle and now it’s broken. Other then that I like the place a lot

I have lived here almost a year and the complex is great. They have done stuff to improve the appearance and take pride in it. Very pet friendly as well. I love the duck ponds and the location of my apartment across from a greenbelt is great.

This is a great community to reside in. The office is amazing staff and very friendly and welcoming! The grounds are always cleaned everyday and the pool is only shut down if immediate clean is necessary, other wise it's very clean, unlike most other apartments.

Overall great living experience, The office and maintenance staff are amazing, always friendly and welcoming, and always quick to respond to any issues we may have. The Ambassador program is great, it's nice to know my neighbors and staff and be included as part of the community.

Fairly nice area with good people around. Maintenance needs some work and there are many little fees they add into your rent. Amenities are nice and front staff is fairly helpful.

Love our place! Been here for years now. Only downfall is neighbors, but that’s what you have to deal with when living in apartments! Besides that, we love our “lake” and duckies!

Great place. Have recently done some nice improvements to landscaping and painting of buildings. Most things are taken care off and will probably continue living here

I enjoy living here. I wish we weren’t charged water considering how much water goes into the streets from broken sprinklers. The prices keep going up so we won’t renew our lease. The property itself is nice. The wildlife here is neglected. Lots of hurt mangled ducks living on the property. Wish the mgmt would spend a little taking care of the ducks instead of wasting money replacing gravel.

Have been living from past 4 years and had couple of issues but maintenance team here resolved it in timely manner and also improved on their service. Office staff is always helpful.

I absolutely adore the layouts here, newly renovated and spacious. Great natural lighting in all the rooms. The girlies in the front office always got me. They are always delightful. The maintenance team is very efficient and communicative. I love the amenities and the ducks. Some people don’t like the ducks but I love the ducks. If I could work here I would.

This community continues to exceed my expectations. The entire staff is truly committed to providing top notch service. They get things done right away, and understand how important it is to keep your residents happy. Maintenance has always been completed in a timely manner and women in the leasing office communicate constantly. It's a huge difference, they truly care and it shows by the way they handle business. Very nice neighborhood and cozy apartment. Lots of amenities available for resident use as well as community events. Love seeing all the ducks around the neighborhood even though parking is very very very limited

I seriously have not had one bad experience since living here. Management is on top of everything! If I submit a service request, it is done in a timely manner, the neighborhood hood is quiet and my kids love it here!
