Property Ratings at Georgetown Commons
My Family and I have been here for a year now and we love it here I have no complaints it’s very quiet and whenever we’ve contacted the leasing office for anything they respond quickly and anytime we put in a maintenance request they come the try to come same day but sometimes it’s too late and they come first thing in the morning and get the job done I highly recommend
This is a decent townhouse complex. Only issue I face is not enough parking for the building I live in but otherwise maintenance is responsive and quick and the home I have is clean overall.
I have lived at this apartment complex for the last 4 years and I’ve had amazing experience from the staff in the licensing office to the maintenance. They are extremely great with communication and are fast with service request in your home. I look forward to living here for many more years!
I’ve loved it here since I took my tour and signed my lease. Very peaceful for my child and I, and we’re surrounded by so many other little kids that we can’t wait to meet this summer. <3 great staff, great community!!
The staff is very friendly and understanding. The grounds are kept very clean and nice. Maintenance is spot on. You don’t have to wait long for request to be filled.
I visited a friend there and I hope to move there if they have a unit by October! It is quiet and cozy m!! Highly recommend!!
I've lived here for 2 years and have not had any problems!! I love that the trash removal comes twice a week. They allow you to paint and decorate your place anyway you like. Maintenance is always friendly and willing to assist. The lawn is maintained regularly and snow removal is always prompt The nights.are quiet I love my little place its cozy Georgetown Commons is near everything. The mall I-94 and 4miles north of I-696.
Washer and dryer in unit is very nice. Great place if you are just starting out.
This my second time living Georgetown Common's I will say it's a great place to live because they're in a good location & affordable. The places are up to date & spacious. Maintenance responds quickly for any issues, the grounds are well kept, & the office staff is very helpful & friendly.
Nice spacious, comfortable townhomes. Love the staff, very helpful!
Love the staff and very attentive! Been here 3 years and never had an issue with anything here. Will always recommend
I have stayed here going on two years. In my time here, I've always appreciated how informative the leasing office has been. The maintenance team is timely and efficient. Their response time to issues is very quick and the work they do inside as well as outside my home is top notch. This is a great and affordable place for families as well as a single person.
Rental office is super nice and always willing to work with you if a issue comes up. If something needs to be fixed , gets done quickly. I have lives there for over a year. Love my new appliances and washer + dryer.
I’ve lived here a 1 and it’s a great place to stay. I’ve had to call maintenance twice a and there always prompt.
Nice place to live nice and quiet . Maintenance responds good
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They've been very understanding during this pandemic when it comes to folks experiencing unemployment. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a new home.
Been here for a year no complaints. Excellent place to live
Since I have lived in this community I have had nothing but positive experiences. From the wonderful ladies in the leasing office to the prompt response from the maintenance staff and everything in between, I would definitely recommend Georgetown Commons to anyone looking for a nice townhouse and friendly community.
Very spacious, beautiful inside& out. I love that the lawn is very well manicured. It’s a gentleman that gets out every morning walking around making sure all litter is pick up. Thank you sir, Greatly appreciated. Neighbors are nice & quiet. Maintenance come right away. Great job, thank you. Professional & polite attitudes from the ladies in the office. Overall great place to live.!
I Love it here... The place is clean and up to date, the maintenance people respond very quickly and the neighbors are friendly
The units are very poorly put together! Roaches ! !!!!! After several times reaching out there is still a problem wit these bugs. A/c for the entire unit is in ONE of the bedrooms UPSTAIRS!!!!!
KEEP LOOKING! My girlfriend and I moved in a little over a week ago and I am far from pleased. The day we moved in there were 6 undercover cop cars swarming one of the townhouses right by our unit, that was a great way to ‘welcome’ us to our new home. There is no central air, only window unit in master bedroom, so the house is HOT. During the day the temperature in the living room is 82-86 degrees with no cooling it down. The AC unit in the bedroom is too loud to watch tv and too loud to stay asleep, we have a brand new unit and it still sounds broken but maintenance said it’s working just fine. The front office ladies are ZERO help after you sign the paperwork. They are very helpful before you sign the papers, but once you pay them, you don’t hear from them and when you call they’re rude. We are still waiting on our mailbox keys and it’s been over a week. The heating vents are disgusting!!! We asked if they provide maintenance on those and the only thing they can do is vacuum because clean heating filters are not provided for their residents. The air alone in this place is enough to think about canceling the lease early. If you’re thinking about Georgetown Commons, I suggest you explore your other options first.
I recently moved here and it's been exceptionally well. Most of the utilities are included. Some of the things in the apartment is unfortunately outdated. But it's not horrible. Overall if this is your first move I recommend this place.
Once I got my keys, I felt at home. The staff are always pleasant. My appartment is the perfect size and having the washer and dryer inside my unit is a must! J
I’m a new resident and I absolutely love it! The staff is helpful and friendly! My home is cozy and spacious!

Pet friendly, and perfectly located in Clinton township. Office staff great, maintenance works well with anything needing repairs, quiet neighborhood. Sara in the office is really great with answering all questions and making sure any concerns are met.

The townhouse is very nice. Very happy with the space we have in the unit. Comes with all appliances including washer and dryer which was a blessing. Everything is included except electricity which you can’t beat that! The office staff is very nice and friendly and extremely professional.
Been here for almost a year, it a very kid friendly community. Nice place for you to start before moving in a house, the down side is it’s pretty small and it has no central air

Georgetown is the place you go when you’re looking for friendly and understanding office staff and accommodating and helpful people all together. I’ve lived there since December and I’ve never had issues and they have helped me the best they could. I fell behind on rent and one of the staff helped me find resources to help me pay. I love this place and I would recommend it for everyone who’s looking for a place to call home.
I have been living here for a year now it’s very affordable and comfortable never had any problems living here.

Maintenance are great on the property. Office managers are always pleasant to me.
Great place to live and great staff. I give them 5 stars
I have been a tenant at the Georgetown Commons since Oct 2015 and I have had an overall positive experience while being a resident here. I agree that the application process was really easy. I applied and moved into my first unit, within two weeks. I like that's its easily located to other major roadways in the area like Gratiot and Groesbeck, and that it doesn't take long to get to the major freeways either. The grounds are cleaned daily, and maintenance calls are mostly responded within one day. I really enjoy being able to pay my rent electronically through my bank account. That saves a lot of time and is very convenient. I would definitely recommend Georgetown Commons to someone looking for a place to stay.
Easy application process very affordable and convenient location My first apartment and I love it
Cozy place to live. Maintenance is very prompt when needed.
Great place to live great area and absolutely love the staff!!!
