Stretched along the Mississippi River, Saint Louis is the second most populous city in Missouri. Regarded as the Gateway to the West, Saint Louis was the starting point of Lewis and Clark’s infamous expedition. Saint Louis’ most iconic landmark, the Gateway Arch, is a memorial celebrating the nation’s westward expansion.
In addition to its rich history, Saint Louis offers residents access to exceptional amenities and culture. An apartment in Saint Louis affords you the opportunity to climb sculptures composed of reclaimed building materials at the one-of-a-kind City Museum, or watch the Cardinals play ball at Busch Stadium.
Hit the town and catch a performance at the Fabulous Fox, or indulge in some retail therapy at the massive Saint Louis Outlet Mall. There’s incredible architecture to admire in the Washington Avenue Historic District, or you could experience the flora and fauna on display at the Saint Louis Zoo and Missouri Botanical Garden.

Property Ratings at Georgetown of St. Louis
Georgetown Apartments is a gorgeous property, with character, in a great location! The staff are always professional, friendly, and prompt. To find apartments of this standard, for their prices is near impossible. This property is definitely a Saint Louis gem!
I've recently moved into a newer, renovated apartment here and let me tell you- it is so worth it! I love love love my new kitchen. I'm looking forward to hosting Thanksgiving next year because I know my extended family will be comfy. The community is nice too, even in the winter, they keep the grounds in really good condition. I'm looking forward to using the pool in the summer.
I have enjoyed living here! I have not had experiences of bugs or pests like others have The area itself is close to the highway which is great for commutes, it is also in close proximity to various shopping plazas. The staff have wonderful from the beginning and have been extremely consistent when it comes to issues. They were very helpful in helping me upgrade to a larger apartment, and also were quick to communicate when an issue occurred in the apartment I thought I was going to move in to. Maintenance has always come out both times I have had an issue. They have always done a great job, and the grounds are well maintained. The Property Manager is also wonderful and always so friendly!!

I have lived at many places throughout the United States and I highly recommend living at Georgetown. It’s not just an apartment complex, it is a community that I feel at home at. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and takes care of my requests. My son loves the pools and the playground.

I've lived here twice and the staff and community are great. Very pet friendly and nice quiet neighbors. Never have had issues with carpet charges, besides your typical $5 charge if there is a stain, as mentioned below. Never issues with bugs or any of my appliances. Maintenance is always responsive when there is an issue and you do get your deposit back if the apartment is how it was when you moved in.

I am happy to hear that you felt as though our staff and community are great and that our maintenance team here has been responsive to any of your issues that may have arisen. we lived here for over 2 years, we had ant problems from day one, water issues, the appliances were old and outdated and hardly work, the office people were rude, the maintenance was terrible, if they cant fix it they'll tell you that they will be back tomorrow and never show up. they overprice for the apartments, the pools are cleaned frequently, the basketball court is from the 80's and the gym equipment was the first ever build, everything about this place screams stay away, also they try to get you for your deposit every time.
Competitive on price, but offer little in return. Staff have low accountability and poor customer service issues. Not accommodating for medical conditions and offer nothing but self interpreted rules and regulations as a response. Very quick to question integrity of people and accusations of lying about issues are easily stated. The location is nice, the neighborhood is nice, but the staff takes away from the pleasant nature of the home. Avoid this place if you can.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..Roaches as big as mice it's disgusting had to spray the inside of the apartment ourselves because matienance is a joke. At night the roaches are all over the porch and sidewalks was gross just to get inside the door. Heating and cooling is horrible you freeze downstairs in the summer just to try and get some air upstairs but still doesn't happen it's a hot box in the summer then aggravating when you electric bill is over $200 Called matienance numerous times for repairs well that never happened now we know why because they like to charge you for the broken stuff when you move out. Front door handle actually fell off the day we moved out. Kept our deposit then received a bill for $600 for replacing carpet and other things that matience never came and fixed. Seems like reading the reviews the stick everyone with replacing the carpet... I think I see a trend here. Woke up one morning and my car had been gone through in the middle of the night reported to the office and could of cared a less. Customer service there is great when they're trying to rent to you but then after your in forget it they are useless. 0 stars for this place lessened learned the hard way hopefully we can help someone else for making a huge mistake
Living here sucks. My fiancé and I are pregnant and wanted a place to call our own when we moved here. Living upstairs at my parent's house in a 10x10 room and sharing a bathroom with my 17 year old brother was better than living here. Bugs EVERYWHERE. I vacuum and clean bathrooms and everything 1-2x a week so the bugs are not anything to do with us. I'm considering cancelling our lease and getting out of here before the baby arrives because I don't want a child living in this nasty place. The only thing stopping me from cancelling the lease is moving when I'm 8 months pregnant. The staff is rude, they act like they want to "help" but deep down they don't give a crap about anyone here. Maintenance is SLOW to get to you, and when they do, 99.9% of the time they don't do it right. It is a vicious cycle. I've paid $125 less for an apartment in Creve Coeur and if maintenance wasn't to you in 24 hours or less, they started taking money off of your rent because they actually cared about the customer and their happiness. They have an exterminator that comes out every Tuesday. Everyone that lives here can put their name on a list to be sprayed. We have had our townhouse sprayed 5 times since January, whatever the dude is spraying is not working. I have a feeling he's spraying water. So we've had to invest $50 on top of everything else we pay for here to spray for our own bugs. It seems to working, so I'll keep my fiancé doing that once a week while I stay away for 4 hours because I'm pregnant and can't breathe in the chemicals. The laundry rooms are a joke. They cost too much and are disgusting. We have resorted to driving all the way to Valley Park because we found a laundry facility there that has new machines and costs 1/2 the price. Yes, it's a 40 minute round trip drive, but that drive is better than using the laundry rooms here. The only plus to these apartments is the way they look. When you are driving 15 miles/hour down the street, trust me, it looks nice. That was a main factor in us moving here. But after living here 6 months...total disappointment. I've talked to many other neighbors in the complex that live in everything from a 3 bedroom townhouse to a one bedroom apartment, and across the board everyone except one mom is dissatisfied with multiple things and won't be renewing their lease. The mom I mentioned is only staying here because she doesn't want to move her child to another school district.
Georgetown apartment complex is a complete scam. The apartment was of poor quality. Missing tile, sloppy painting, broken bricks, etc. They completely take advantage of there tenants when they move out. I informed them 4 months before my lease expired that I would like to sign a 3 month lease that they offered in a letter to have me resign. I was transferred for work and when I went in to resign they informed me that they do not offer 3 month leases. They then charged me 2 months rent to break my lease while they were collecting rent from a new tenant. They would not allow me to be present for all of the inspections. They then charged me for damages I did not cause. They refused to provide proof of replacement and would not let me see the damages in person. Beware of Georgetown apartments. They are a complete scam. #georgetownapartments #stlouisrentals
Georgetown provides a safe and comfortable living experience with quick access to highway 44. It is well-lit, so whether you're a late night jogger or an early morning dog-walker, you can feel secure in your routine. Even though the complex is large, it still has a small community feel with friendly, but not nosy, neighbors, and whether you're young, old, single, married, or trying to start a family, you will feel welcomed. The apartments and grounds are very well-maintained, and they are constantly updating the facilities to best accommodate the needs of the residents, however, some units do require more than others. The units come with standard appliances, minus a washer/dryer, however, there are several laundry facilities on the premises with machines constantly available. You will also be impressed by the two pools, green space for pets, playgrounds for children, and the fitness trails throughout the grounds. Overall, Georgetown is a wonderful place to live with a price that won't break the bank
Georgetown is a gorgeous property, laid out smartly with green spaces, trees and other greenery to accent the lovely brick buildings constructed in a variety of styles so it really looks like an old neighborhood in, well, Georgetown. The complex is full of diverse and wonderful people from families with children to retirees to college students to professionals. Everything is well-maintained. The copper vent hoods and exposed brick wall give the interior space flair. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and responsive. If you are looking for a place to call home, I couldn't recommend Georgetown more highly.
