Georgetown Park Apartments

I like the new management company and look forward to our apartments being upgraded. I lived in a condo before this and these apartments are more soundproof then the condo I had. I still hear noise above me but neighbors on the side, not so much.

too much money for not the best apartments, always adding on fees to pay rent, office staff is not very helpful, kitchen appliances and counters aren’t very nice and falling apart

The leasing office staff are so sweet and helpful! The process of scheduling tours, applying and moving-in was so smooth and easy. Within 2 weeks we had the keys and were moving into our new apartment! The move-in costs were also super affordable and the apartments have great amenities. The community is very peaceful and friendly. Everything has been absolutely wonderful so far!

Recent move in, so far so good, office staff have been great to work with, and maintenance has responded quickly to concerns and are polite. The 24 hour live contact is also a bonus. 1 star reduction only due to when first using shower and pulling tab for it the tub paint cracked around the faucet.

I love this place just wish maintenance people would be on the top of things takes up to two weeks to get it something fixed but other than that place is quite and close to everything

Just moved in and it’s perfect we love it! So far we have met some nice people we are excited to be apart of this community and we’re hoping for nothing but the best!

My favorite part about moving in here was how responsive and friendly the staff is. Any issues or concerns have been handled promptly and professionally. The community itself is actually quite beautiful!

absolutely enjoy Living here, we have a new corporate owner, who is doing all kinds of upgrades, which are fantastic. Can’t wait to see what they’re going to do next.

Would be a nice place if I could sleep at night. Noise noise complaints apparently don't matter here. I've complained about my upstairs neighbors stomping around past midnight at least 15 times. Half the time I have to go to my girlfriend's house to sleep so I don't loose my mind from sleep deprivation. At this point I've given up and decided it's best to move. Good luck to the next person that has to deal these people. Doubt they'll put up with it either.

Beautiful place to live with friendly and helpful office staff. Matience can take a little time due to the large size of the complex, but matience men are kind and get the job done once they get to you.

I am a new resident and I had such a wonderful experience with everything from the tour to the actual move in process. Tina and the other ladies in the leasing office are so helpful and my new apt is beautiful ?? I'm really blessed to be able to say I'm home.

The Maintenance department has been very prompt, thorough and friendly. The office staff has also been very helpful, friendly, and supportive.

Let's start from the beginning when we were told we had an apartment with a patio but told we couldn't be shown the apartment only to discover we actually were in a unit with no balcony. Then we were told that we had to do our security deposit with rino only to find out later if you do it that way you have to put down a new security deposit every year with no return. Then their were maintenance issues we had flooding in our dining room floor for about a month and a half before someone could make it out our apartment reeked of mold and mildew for the longest time. And to top it all off my neighbors got a new dog that they lock up in their master bedroom while I'm trying to sleep and let it bark for hours on end... My dryer knocks with uneven feet and the thing is so old it runs with the door open, a closet door had a loose bracket and came off smacking my partner in the head. Not worth paying almost 500 more then it would be to just get a mortgage and pay that off every month for what?

I’ve only been here a year. I do have to say the new ownership seems to be getting things done a lot faster so I feel like maybe give it another year and maybe my stars would go up. But I feel like the last management company just didn’t care.

A lot of work needs to be done on property, Car ports that have been wrecked for months, one for at least a year. Garbage dumpster area gates damaged and won't close, always being left open. Halls(open breeze way area apartments) Never cleaned(Used to clean once a month, thats 4 years ago). People using car ports as storage and junk area.

I like living here, always so attentive. The leasing office always very friendly and helpful. I like how close it’s to the highway, grocery stores.

For the most part it’s been a perfectly adequate place to live. My biggest complaint is the dated cabinetry counters which are absolutely not food safe in my opinion and horrible upkeep by maintenance. I understand there are many apartments to deal with however if they put time money and effort into maintaining the apartments and reducing the water damage in apartments and just being proactive in that regard it would receive a higher rating from me. Putting maintenance requests in have been nightmares for me in the past I went 2 months one time with a broken washer and dryer and broken bathroom sink. My hot water heater exploded on Christmas Eve one year and it took them 2 days to address it.

We have had our ups and downs. However this community is quiet and I’d like to stay until I purchase a home. The rent is steep but doable. I’ve been behind a few times and they’ve been pretty understanding and patient while I got it together

Quiet friendly environment. Parking lot and sidewalks well maintained. Landscaping is pretty Like the amenities. The pool, dog area and a playground. Lots of walking options

I love it. Very Quiet. Employees are very helpful in whatever i need as far as Maintenace and prompt. Friendly staff and Residents. I would defiantly recommend living here to anyone looking to rent

The apartments are nice and the staff are usually pretty quick with fixing issues that arise! The staff are very nice and the amenities are nice too!

I love being a resident here the only thing I could complain about is the parking at night. Another thing is that we wish we had hardwood floors but the apartment is still beautiful and so is the complex

I love it here. The staff is great. They are friendly. I like my neighbors. It is the best cost for value in Fenton or Linden. Fenton isnt far. The highway isnt far. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Georgetown is a very accessible and affordable complex to live in Fenton. The front office is very quick to fix any mistakes and offer help when requested.

After living here 3 years I’d say my experience has been okay, but not wonderful. The apartment is showing its age, the kitchen counters and cabinets peel if you try and use any type of cleaner. The walls are cracking because I’m pretty sure the building is settling which also makes gaps in windows. Also, to top it off…my car has been broken into twice.

I have lived here since Oct 1,2024. We are staying here till our new house gets built, due to a fire in the original house. I don't mind living here at Georgetown Apartments, the staff has been very helpful and friendly.

Office has been very responsive, reasonable pricing for apartments and the Georgetown park is a very clean and quiet community. I would recommend these apartments to my friends and family

I have been here since 2009 ?? longer then the current office staff, communication is key and have always had great communication. Terri has always been very supportive, helpful and kind.. I love the area.

Staff is very nice and when I have maintenance request it is taken care of fast. I really love it here. I have been here almost 5 years. Any questions I have the staff in office always help.

Georgetown is a quiet and friendly community. The scenery is beautiful with well maintained grounds and the river is a plus! I love that it is pet friendly.

Honestly could be alot better, maintenance takes for ever to complete a work order, to go down to put a pin in to activate your laundry card is inconvenient. And now a 44 dollar convenient fee to pay your rent online is absolutely insane.

Georgetown Apartments has been a great first apartment for my fiance and I. I've been here for 5 years, and I appreciate the spacious apartment (albeit not updated), the affordable rent, the balcony, and the carport. The roads and sidewalks are kept generally clean in the winter, and maintenance is usually quick-ish to respond to service requests. Honestly the downside is not having an updated apartment (my kitchen and bathroom cabinets are from 1985!), and the neighbors themselves do not follow their lease agreements. The amount of people who smoke weed inside their apartments (which leaks into the hallway), the number of smokers who stand right outside our balcony to smoke instead of 100 feet away from the building, and the amount of rude, inconsiderate people who insist on having yelling matches at night have been the biggest headache of them all.

Staff was very helpful with move in. At the time of move in they were transitioning to a new owner which made somethings different. (I had to apply twice). Such as signing lease. Only communication was through email and apartment visits. LEASING COULD CALL ME BUT THEY COULD NOT ANSWER. I'm still waiting on 5 service request to be completed. I really like my apartment neighbors are quiet and very helpful. I feel safe at location. The hallways at my apartment complex can be cleaned more often. No apartment complex is perfect. I'm satisfied so far.

Great place and very friendly employees thar are always willi.ng to help. The property is taken care of very well. I feel like this is definitely home for me.

I love it here but wish maintenance requests were taken care of faster. I usually wait 2 weeks & have to call office at least twice the check on status.

I really enjoy the peacefulness of my apartment and how close it is to everything Fenton has to offer! Neighbors are friendly but pretty much keep to themselves, and noise is not an issue in my building. The grounds are also well maintained.

Very quiet community. Buildings are showing their age and could use some renovations, but repairs are done really quick. Overall great place to live.

I do my best to make my apartment a home, despite cabinets falling, counter with water damage, and cracked door frames. These are all minor things. But since living here (it's been 2.5 years) I've need a new dryer and I new washer due to the age of the ones I had and they stopped working. The first to go was my dryer, it took 2 months for me to get a replacement dryer. No updates, no return calls, and lots and lots of trips to the laundromat. The second appliance was my washer, this took FOUR MONTHS before I got a replacement washer. I have spend so much money and time at the laundromat. My rental agreement says appliances are included, I didn't get a single penny off my rent each month while waiting for my appliances to be replaced. My dishwasher is now rusting and falling apart on the inside, but they won't replace it until it stops working completely. I wonder how long it'll take for them to replace that.

I love my apartment. On the few occasions when something needed service, the staff responded quickly and the problem was solved. My neighbors are mostly quiet,. The only drawback is that the rent was increased enough to make life complicated, but that's probably the case everywhere.

Repair request are ignored have been waiting over 3 months for repair. Paying for garbage when the town of fenton drops off their own garbage

I love my place and the area is excellent, no noise, they are always on top of the outside looks. They are very professional when it comes to getting any information.

My husband and I have lived here for almost two years now and we LOVE our apartment. We have only had positive interactions with staff and maintenance people. Move in day was fantastic. I have extremely high standards for what I consider to be clean and it was in great condition. Our in-unit dryer and dishwasher were not working when we moved in. Staff was very communicative about the oversight and responded immediately to our maintenance requests and had them fixed within the week! The maintenance team is a delight: very kind, professional, and gets the job done. All the work orders we have submitted since move in day have been responded to and dealt with in a very timely manner. I am always given a follow up call letting me know when they plan to complete the work order. The the dog poop problem is very real. Some of the dog owners are disrespectful and just don’t pick up after their dogs, leaving piles of poop everywhere. There is a constant ripe smell whenever we walk to our cars.

Paying $20/month for the buildings to be cleaned, but they are RARELY cleaned gives a bad experience. Paying a $31 "convenience" fee just to pay rent online gives a bad experience. The process to use the washers/dryers gives a bad experience. Taking 18 months to fix my air conditioning gives a bad experience. I could continue with a list of things. It seems bad experiences are far out weighing the positive experiences the longer I live here.

Maintenance response needs to be much shorter than current time. I’ve had to call to get items repaired after I submitted a request. Overall happy with living here. Wish the rent was less.

The only problem we have living here is there is not enough outdoor and parking lot lighting. I don't feel safe on the community grounds at night.

I have been here for almost 4 years and have had no issues. The office has always been kind and very helpful and maintenance has been very good at fixing things that need attention. Its peaceful and quiet and I have had only minor issues with neighbors that the management has addressed at once. The only thing that I didn't like was the different rent prices and the big jumps in rent. Being on a fixed income this has made it hard.

Living here has been best for myself and my son. My neighbors are kind! My son gets to play outside in the little park there is, he enjoys it alot.

When we moved into Georgetown it was a 4/5 star rating. It is now a 1 star rating. It has taken long periods of time to get maintained orders completed. They are typically completed once we have called and emailed multiple times about it. The leasing office is not open on Saturdays in spite of the new owners letter stating that they will be. There are multiple phone numbers for Georgetown and none of them will get you to the leasing office.
