Georgetown Square Apartments

Rental increases every year, poor design. Lack of granite countertops. Nasty smelling garage. People steal from the the. Mail room. The ac units have not been throughly cleaned in over a decade. They paint over mold.

No nice ammenties, no granite countertops horrible. Mold in the walls

I relocated to the area in early January of this year. I have lived in quite a few apartments over the years and this has been the best by far. The location is great as it is off the main road, but set far enough back that you aren’t looking or hearing the traffic. The staff is amazing! Patricia and Kasey are so nice and have been very responsive in answering questions or concerns whether it’s by phone or email. Some people say the walls are thin but honestly I haven’t had that issue. Overall I love the location, the underground garage (HUGE plus for me especially in the winter), and the helpful staff. I will definitely be recommending these apartments to anyone moving in the area.

Georgetown is amazing! The location is perfect. Right in-between all of the action, yet tucked away to make it feel secluded and safe. They are very responsive and helpful in anything that may happen during your lease. On top of that, the amenities are amazing and the apartments themselves are updated and perfect size, roomy yet cozy! Patricia helped me with the move in process and she was so sweet and amazing the whole time. I definitely feel welcomed and excited to extend my stay in Georgetown! :)

These are not the luxury apartments that you think they are. They are extremely overpriced of what you’re getting because there are stink bugs all year around in this apartment despite pest control spraying the walls. also the walls are not soundproof. I mean these are extremely thin walls so you can hear everything especially can hear a baby screaming and can smell neighbors nasty cooking through my door and into my apartment. These are extremely discourteous people and management doesn’t do anything about it and are very condescending with me. They put a doorstop underneath my door and they did with theirs but that has done nothing and when I call them to put another doorstop underneath my door they don’t respond to me. I don’t expect to have apartment living perfect but I’ve lived in many apartments before and I’ve had no problems as much as I have had with these. I can’t wait for my lease to be up soon.

My wife and I recently moved into Georgetown Square Apartments and we could not be more pleased. The staff has been exceptional and extremely accomodating with any of our needs. We love our new apartment as it has quickly felt like home. The attached garage and on sight workout facility have been a huge bonus! We are also very excited to use the outdoor pool and golf range across the street in the summer. I highly recommend Georgetown Square Apartments to anyone in the greater Milwaukee area!

Competent, friendly on-site staff never fail to deliver exceptional service. Property is promptly and expertly maintained. I can't conceive a better housing experience.

I can’t say enough great things about Patricia at Georgetown Square! I came to her having to leave another apartment and she was so kind and gracious with showing me the property and getting my husband and I all set up for a very quick move-in date. I’m so impressed by the kind and courteous administration and management staff, I just know we’ll fully enjoy our time at Georgetown.

We selected Georgetown Square Apartment after visiting two Wimmer Communities Apartments. Before visiting both apartments, We thought choice would be tough but after meeting with manager of The Club at Brookfield Hills, our choice was clear, we notice prejudicial treatment. While Georgetown Square Apartment's manager was really encouraging and positive.

I sold my condo last fall and love apartment living. Any maintenance needs are taken care professionally and timely, the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Anna. Grounds are always clean. And people are welcoming.

I just want to say that living at Georgetown Square is an absolute delight! It sits right across the street from this beautiful meadow, is quiet, and yet two blocks from Bluemound Road. Seems like an impossibility! The facility is wonderful, my townhouse is a dream, and best of all the staff... this team is so friendly and accommodating, and the maintenance group is relentless. Such a wonderful lifestyle to be here!

We've lived at Georgetown Square for a little over a year and it is by far the nicest renting experience we've ever had. The units are modern, clean, and energy efficient, and the grounds and buildings are beautifully maintained. The staff is excellent and is always pleasant and professional. Any maintenance requests are handled with care and a sense of urgency. The location is also ideal and is perfect for people with pets. It's located just off of Bluemound Road, but it is nice and quiet with a nearby walking path and a great view to the north. If you're looking for a new place to call home, consider taking a tour - you won't be disappointed!

I moved to Georgetown Square one year ago and I am so grateful I did. The staff is friendly, accessible, and helpful. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Large bathrooms, Walk-in closets...well designed to maximize the space available. Workout room, Pool, Location... The people within the Georgetown community are friendly. It's a perfect balance, it's a place where you can keep to yourself (if you prefer), or you can dive in, make friends, go to community events, etc. Definitely worth checking out!

We toured several different properties in this area and found Georgetown a great place to live. Anna and Barb from the leasing office have been very helpful since beginning. We have been enjoying the nice and quiet neighborhood, beatiful view, friendly staff and peer tenants,meanwhile, it is close to everything: stores, restaurants, library, mall etc...Highly recommended!!

Recently joined the community at Georgetown Square and it's been a wonderful experience so far! The apartment is very nice and is filled with all the amenities that make life at home much easier. The staff has been extremely accommodating to all our needs. A very friendly environment with good neighbors every where you turn. The location is great as well; Bluemound Rd has everything you could need as far as grocery stores, etc. Additionally, it's located about 15-20 minutes from downtown which make the commute to/from work and social outings very manageable. Would highly recommend this property to anyone searching for a well-priced, high quality apartment complex just outside of downtown Milwaukee!

I have lived in Georgetown Square a little less than a year, having moved from a Brookfield home. Best decision and move I could have made. The neighborhood and surrounding community are beautiful -- upscale and quiet, but very near to and accessible to a wide variety of resources and activities. The Georgetown Square community is outstanding. The physical and material attributes (appearance and architecture, layouts, amenities, maintenance, parking [indoor and heated]) are excellent. The property is maintained with pride. The community itself is quiet yet vibrant, and has the feel of a settled and peaceful neighborhood. Such conveniences as easily available parking for visitors, use of a central clubhouse for larger activities etc. make the transition from a home to an apartment community very seamless. The real attraction of the community, however, is the attitude and attention of the staff, which is consistently pleasant and very helpful as well as very responsive. Questions, maintenance issues, help with such issues as deliveries, and involvement in community engagement activities are consistently friendly, very competent and very available. The entire atmosphere of the property is one of community and engagement, and living is made very easy with well-considered management decisions and communication. This is an outstanding place to live.

This is my second time to choose Georgetown Square for two reasons: 1) hardware: beautiful and clean community, perfect location 2) software: the service is PERFECT! Very considerate and prompt response to every single request/ help needed. Strongly recommend!

My husband and I have been renting a Georgetown Square apartment for 18 months and have always experienced helpful advice and prompt service. Recently I discovered 24 hours before a trip abroad that I had left my passport in the apartment but Jessica and Brittany from the leasing office came to my rescue. Not only did they locate it in the drawer where I'd left it but they then took it to FedEx and arranged for it to be sent overnight to me in Phoenix so I could make my flight the following day. Exceptional service, above and beyond what you would get even in a concierge-serviced condo. As we are often away, it's comforting to know Georgetown Square is managed with such efficiency and care for both the buildings and its residents.
