Great, affordable place to call home.
Georgetown Square is an excellent place for me to call home. The building is all enclosed like a hotel with a nice lobby and elevators. The apartments are small but easy to maintain, with stainless steel appliances. It's a great place to downsize to. Downtown Sanford is within walking distance, as well as Lake Monroe, the Riverwalk and Ft. Mellon. This is a 55 year old or over building.
