Love living here, very convenient location to campus and downtown. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The amenities here are also very nice and pretty. I love studying in the common areas!

My move in went very smoothly and so far everything has been amazing! My only complaint is that the elevator next to the parking spots 300-315 doesn’t go up to floor 3. It’s just a little inconvenient since I live on the third floor. Other than that, the apartment is very nice and clean, the people are so welcoming, the amenities are awesome, and the location of the building is incredible as a UGA student.

I had the pleasure of touring Georgia Heights in downtown Athens with Diamond, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, making it incredibly convenient to explore the vibrant scene in Athens. If you're considering moving to Athens or just want to know more about the area, I highly recommend taking a tour with Diamond.

My roommate and I love going to the pool, and the best thing about this place is its location. You can walk anywhere you need to. Overall a great place to live.

I love it so far. The pool is awesome and everything is super clean. I don't have any loud neighbors and can't say anything negative. The move-in process was easy and seamless. The parking lot is also super nice and accessible.

We looked at several downtown locations for our daughter. Georgia Heights offered the best location. The building security was appealing. It was clear that they consider this a priority which is important when living downtown. The building is very clean. Staff addresses concerns immediately. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Ashlyn has been a pleasure to deal with when having to call the office. I would highly recommend these apartments.

I have loved living at Georgia Heights the past year. It has its ups and downs but compared to other properties I have lived at that call themselves "downtown" this one seems to have thee most residents and staff members who actually care about the property. The manager Hayley has always been accommodating when things go wrong, but when shes not available Ashley and other staff members have mostly been able to direct me in the right direction. Yes there have been a lot of fire alarms this year, but every time I have voiced my concerns they have assured me that these alarms are most of the time out of their control due to all the vendors that are also using the same georgia heights fire alarms.

The residents are always the focus. Ashlyn shared with us the ways that Georgia Heights celebrates and tries to consistently accommodate the people that live there.

I have enjoyed living at georgia heights. The location is perfect and the staff is very helpful. There was an issue with my couch when i moved in, but it was replaced the same day. i would recommend living at georgia heights.

At first, I was very excited to move into Georgia Heights and attend UGA. Unfortunately, plans changed, and I could no longer attend UGA. 5 months before move-in, I notified Georgia Heights, trying to get out of my lease (they hadn't assigned me a unit number yet). They informed me that I was legally bound, which I understood, and I needed to find a replacement. After weeks of searching, I found a replacement leaseholder to take my spot, which was very hard because I still hadn't been assigned a unit. Once the lease was signed, they charged me a transfer fee of $1,800 (4 months before the lease even started). The manager here is an absolute trip; she kept dodging meetings with me and canceling last second and was unbelievably rude (I just wanted to understand why the fee was so expensive). The staff here seemed unprofessional and didn't care about their clients. They just wanted money, which was very apparent. Greystar, the management company, is familiar to my family and me. We have spent a lot of money with them and given them business for a long time. We agreed to never lease through them again because of this situation, based purely on how we were treated by the manager at Georgia Heights. I feel stupid for signing the lease in the first place, but life is unpredictable. I couldn't believe we got charged that amount even though Georgia Heights never lost any money and hadn't even assigned me a unit. I even got charged for my parking space. I finally paid the fee just so I didn't have to deal with the manager anymore. I don't want to bash Georgia Heights because I'm sure the community is excellent; however, the staff made me feel so disrespected that I had no other choice.

I love Georgia heights. The location is close to everything you could need, shopping downstairs at CVS for groceries saves so much time. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and campus is a short walk as well. Over all love it here.
