property is poor dont move here

i been here over 10 years and this building if falling off they dont want to give a upgrade,on the apartment,I never had a paint job had to paint my own apartment they will repair and give you used items ( No i dont have mice )cause i had to cover my holes But they dont take care of the court yard its mice infected ,and squirrel run threw the court yard like the own it ,nobody wantes to take care of that problem,

My apt. Has big bedroom,nice kichen.,big living room. Most people who visit likes the roomyness the place has. They like the big windows and its to the front. The windows has child safety guards and screens. You can look out but you can not stick your head out the window. Its a one bedroom on 4th floor.
