I have been a resident of Gilman Square for over 5 years now. I continue to be pleased with the management team and maintenance crew. Communication with this community by management has been excellent. They continue to maintain the property to a high level. That includes building maintenance such as painting, insulating, cleaning gutters & roofs, and landscaping. So I plan to renew my lease in 2025.

Excellent experience with lease, moving in, and carrying out whatever I need to be comfortable/happy in my new home!! Kim and Vanessa do an excellent job and seem eager to help whenever needed!! I already love it here AGAIN!!!

My experience at Gilman Square has been great!! I haven't had any major issues since moving in last April 2023, the neighbors speak, the grounds are nice, the rent is affordable for the area, I love how close Gilman Square is to shopping and dining

I have lived at Gilman Square for over 4 years. The location is close to downtown Issaquah, shopping, restaurants, I-90 freeway, and next to Confluence Park (great for walking dogs & self). The buildings and property are well maintained and attractive. My neighbors are respectful of each other and generally quiet. The staff shows respect for residents and responds to issues appropriately. And the rent is most reasonable! Gilman Square deserves to be on your list of apartments to check out. It feels like it’s own neighborhood.

I am very satisfied living at Gilman Square Apts, Office Manager is always willing to listen to the tenant with any questions and they try to resolve it in the best possible way with kindness, which for me is very valuable. When I need any repairs in the apartment they are always attentive and they are present as much as possible to solve the problem and above all with a lot of education and respect. My family and I love living at Gilman Square Apts, The office staff always makes you feel welcomed and at home! Their on top of maintenance issues and does a great job on keeping the complex kept up on.

this is my first apartment, I have nothing to compare it with. All staff is outstandingly kind, including landscapers, and other temp hires.

I’m happy every day that I chose to live here 16 years ago. I can always depend on maintenance to do a fantastic job! That level of care is absolutely important to living in an apartment home.

Gilman square is a very peaceful family orientated strong sense of community wonderful place to live

I have lived at Gilman Square apartments for over three years now and I am very happy I chose to live here. The location is near enough to downtown Issaquah to walk to events and restaurants in town. Shopping is also close. Rental rates are very reasonable for the Seattle area. Property staff are professional and friendly. Maintenance of the property is first rate. When repairs are necessary they respond promptly and the work is done efficiently. They are continually updating and enhancing the property. I am very pleased to be a Gilman Square resident.

Love it I enjoy the neighbors. It’s hard when you’re neighbor walks so hard the whole apartment shakes and it is loud.

I am happy living at Gilman Square apartments. Management gets high marks for building improvements and maintenance. Location is also excellent, near to elementary school, shopping, restaurants, I-90, city park (Confluence Park), etc. Rental rates are very reasonable for this area, too.

The staff here are excellent from the manager to the maintenance, they have been greatly appreciated, they should be given raises in pay, this kind of compassion and problem solving in a positive ways.

Great place to live and raise children, you feel safe, secure, and almost like your family. The staff is always very polite and welcoming!

I love living at Gilman Square, with all the paths, trees and benches are great for walking. There is a neat park next to us witch is lovely and easy to get to, great for all ages.

The whole staff is always respectful and curtious, they do amazing at making you feel safe and secure to live here.

The staff from day one of application process has been very wonderful and Joyce is amazing! She made me feel at home before I even moved in She is extremely friendly and would highly recommend any to speak or work with her upon applying the apartments. The atmosphere here is beautiful and the people are extremely nice!. I can see this being my home for quiet a while.

Once you scrub, paint, and thoroughly clean the unit, the updated apartments are beautiful to reside in. Staff are friendly and kind. Often maintenance requests can be accomplished promptly and the grounds are relatively beautiful. Location is fantastic if not a bit noisy, especially in the summer when Front street is closed and traffic is diverted in front of the complex.

The new manager is improving the looks of this place, she is also compassionate, which is something we all need now

This new manager is kind and compassionate and on the job I think you have made a great choice I am hopeful that this will continue thanks for getting rid of the last one!!!! The grounds are even looking like someone cares about the place, if this trend continues I will be highly recommending this as a wonderful place to live you need to add another outdoor grill on opposite side of (eastside) property people like to charcoal grilling

A great maintenance team is one of the many reasons I have lived at Gilman Square for nearly 13 years. Keep up the excellent work!

Lovely central location, next to shopping and park. Friendly staff. Could use a few minor updates here and there. Affordable for location. Rent control would be a great bonus, especially considering the times we live in. Over all I enjoy living here.

Staff is kind, maintenance is prompt and efficient

We have lived in Gilman Square Apartments for just over a year. They have invested a lot in the complex This past year by adding insulation to exterior walls, attics, and crawl spaces, repainting all exterior walls, restricted the parking areas, and eliminated sidewalk trip hazards. Maintenance crew is very responsive when work orders are entered. And office staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Community is family friendly with nice location nearFront street and next to city park. And pets are allowed! We find it to be a great value, too!

Very nice complex, and the office spends a lot of time making sure the buildings are looking good and taking care of any problems that may arise in a very timely Manor.
