Located on Biscayne Bay and featuring that distinctively pastel color palette Miami is so famous for, Midtown is more than palm trees and ocean views. This is Miami's place to shop, home to the Shops and Midtown, a huge outdoor shopping district. It is directly south of the Miami Design District, slightly north of Downtown. Great move-in experience. Helpful staff 24 hours a day at the front office. Perfect location in the city. I’ve lived in a few places around Miami and this Gio location has such a perfect vicinity to restaurants, exercises classes/gyms, and grocery stores. Also, the building is conveniently located near the highway to it makes getting North and South extremely easy. Finally, this building is ~15minutes from the MIA airport!!

This is a great building to live in! Elevator can take forever but that's really my only complaint. They offer a ton of events and amenities for their residents. You won't regret moving here.

I love living at GIO. The community is lovely and full of nice people. The amenities are great. The property manager and GIO staff is proffesional and amazing. Only thing that has been negative is the construction site across the street from my apartment which has dramatically affected my quality of life

Everything great except the continuous issues with bikes in the gym room. None of the three bikes work. Impossible to change the resistance and no possibility to log-in to the screen even when creating an account.

Love everything about this building except one of the elevators constantly being broken and the wait times because of it. Otherwise great community, building staff, amenities and location in midtown.

I have lived in the Gio for 2.5 years now. I think this building is great. The common spaces are always very clean and things are always being updated. This is a great place to live if you have a dog.

The elevators in this building are problematic. They take forever to arrive and make stops on every floor, which is very inefficient. The system needs a major upgrade to improve service and convenience.

First 48 hours as a resident and really enjoying the community. Staff is all very friendly, professional and engaging. Really like the monthly calendar of events and work out classes. Very dog friendly and fitness/wellness oriented community.

Love living at GIO. It’s a lovely community and laid back atmosphere! The only thing I have been having difficulties with is the noise and construction happening right across from my balcony and the continuous issues with the construction site going against noise waivers.

Complex is beautiful, the staff is amazing and helpful. Everyone works hard to make sure you're comfortable. There are occasional elevators issues that is my only gripe.

The amenities at Gio are the best in Midtown. They even have a private half-basketball court and a private elevator to Trader Joe's. The staff is friendly and professional. It's an all-around great place to live!
