Friendly neighbors with very independent crowd. Close to midtown with a wonderful city scape from the exquisite pool area. My only hang-up is the hot tub going cold from time to time.
Gio is a beautiful place and good location from my work and home. I like this place which call my home here. I hope that management can keep the Gio beautiful for the long period time. Some residents didn’t do the right things, it makes very dirty, but it was nothing happening here. It makes me sad.
Very good and rewarding experience. The building is excellent with top notch amenities. Easy accessibility to transportation is endearing, security is great and leasing office staffs are great and doing excellent job for the community.

Welcoming experience! Amazing neighborhood and amazing amenities to offer. My favorite part would be the gym and the rooftop pool And spa for sure!
Great place to live and great staff !!! Maintenance is always professional and thorough. Grounds are well kept and maintained. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
Good location and closed to UC Davis medical center. Coffee complimentary and frequent security check. Pools and gym are very clean and easy access.

One of the best apartments in Sac hands down! The staff is Amazing. They always go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. They make you feel like this is your home! The apartment maintenance at Gio is excellent. They come within the hour! The amenities are good, however certain things don’t work. Overall I love living here!

Very disappointing move-in process. The day that we told the staff that we were going to move-in, they were still working on paintings and didn't finish setting the blinds after three weeks of move-in. The bathroom faucet was broken, some of the latches were missing on the windows, and there were no towel hanger on one of the bathrooms. The front entrance was undone, and still hasn't been till 3 weeks of moving in. Also, there is ONE parking space for a household regardless of the number of bedrooms, you can't get B permit, very inconvenient. Would NOT recommend moving here.

I love gio. Love the modern vibe, love the compact and functional spaces. Big fan of the gym and pool. Makes it so easy to get a workout in every day. They do have free coffee machine upstairs (I wish it wasn’t always broken). Lounge is also great to do remote work. We’re very happy here.

No parking & car broken into multiple times (5-6) within a year. Tons of homeless people in the area too- isn’t a gate or anything preventing them from accessing first floor of garage.

We are sorry to see a negative review. We do have a gate in our garage that leads to all resident parking.
The doors to enter the building frequently get stuck and there isn’t communication about the issues and solutions. The speedbumps were installed without communicating the “why” for why it was installed. Generally it takes a work order request to get things fixed or addressed instead of general inspections by staff to find issues. It would be really nice to have some shaded areas around the pool too. I don’t like the valet living service either.

Friendly neighbors! Clean environment! Great garbage disposal service with new addition of compost bins! Protected parking spaces with easy access and in the shade. Natural sunlight through all the rooms!

Gio should invest building more parking. Parking really sucks. I bet everyone has gotten a parking ticket at some print. Other than those it’s a great place to live.

Gio by far has met our expectations. Staff here is friendly and very helpful. Amenities are above average however hot tub could be hotter. Love our transitional home very much! We miss Hawai’i and the Gio has made it a lot easier to be in Sacramento!

We love the convenient location and the amenities at Gio. The staff is fantastic. They are always friendly and professional. The apartments are clean and modern. Location is great! Easy access to Downtown via Freeway Access.
Leasing office does not provide full information regarding move-in steps, leading to tons of confusion and unexplained fees. They are also impossible to get a hold of as they never answer the phone, and the voicemail is always full. Even if you work with them daily for several weeks regarding issues you need resolved, they never remember you or how they "promised" they would assist you. Very unfriendly and unreliable. They always have someone or something else to blame, never the management's forgetfulness or lack of care. Maintenance requests also take 2-4 weeks to resolve, and they don't communicate among one another so you are constantly contacted about requests that have already been completed. Regarding the building itself, amenities are nice but the noise coming from apartments around you is unreal. You can hear every unit's conversations at normal sound levels when you're walking in the hallways, so there is no privacy.
Gio has all the best amenities to feel the comfort of home and be happily on vacation at the same time!

Beautiful community with many amenities. Great location.. Freeways... Shopping... Medical. Triple pane windows... Construction.... lends itself to a very quiet APT.!!
The building is really clean and friendly. The apartment its self is a great layout I love the washer dryer room with build in storage. Larg patio and the windows are very sound proof. Great location and nice nieghbors!

1 The price is a little high for what you get. 2 We moved because we notice the personal that work and live there on the top floor creeps around and given that we are both females that was unsettling to us. 3 You can hear everything that goes on next door. 4 Refer to 3 that really bothered us the most and if you ask other residents there they can confirm it.

This is one of the greatest apartment complexes to be apart of, they treat you as family. Alexander is the most nicest, hard working leasing agents on the planet. Katelyn is also super friendly and made sure we were able to look at the different model floor plans to gather information on how to decorate the place.
