A "Perfect Path" starts the moment you approach this building. You are greeted by a meticulously maintained brick exterior and lovely flowers and/or evergreen pots, changed & updated seasonally. The beautiful landscape is filled with a variety of hostas, tall colorful grasses, accented by annual and perennial flowers. This building is on the "historic list of registers". The entrance has new all-glass "high visibility" secured doors that open to an updated entrance with an "antique" metal ceiling. The hallways are preserved in a throwback style with a "vintage floral" carpet runner flanked by original varnished hardwood floors, natural varnished woodwork, period-appropriate light fixtures and vintage framed pictures of the era and location of the building (Circa 1917) . The on-site laundry has coinless debit/credit card options. There is indoor bike storage and storage lockers for your convenience and use. There is an optional paid parking lot, plus A SUPER FAST FIBER OPTIC NETWORK (fastest in Minneapolis) available. This results in a preserved historic feel with the Brownstone charm of the past.
