Glasshouse Pittsburgh

This is a great place. It’s new the neighborhood is nice the surrounding environment is great. I couldn’t say more about all of the facilities here. Most of the time it’s quiet and there not much noise.

I just moved in. My move was very smooth from start to finish, and everyone was very accommodating. I am so thrilled to be here at Glasshouse! :-)

Thus far my experience has been nothing but postive, from the tour to the application to signing the lease it has been a breeze. I truly feel right at home living at the glasshouse

So far so good, looking forward to continued excellence here at The Glasshouse Pittsburg, I have already referred family and friends, why not live next to people your familiar with.

Wish we could renew and stay at this place! Unfortunately we are relocating for work and leaving Pittsburgh. If you’re considering Glasshouse, don’t look any further- great amenities, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, and clean community!

Great apartments amenities and amazing view. There are resident activities every month and helps bond with the community residents. All in all a great place to stay.

I enjoyed my time living at the Glasshouse. The staff is always so professional, nice and attentive. The apartment is lovely. Of course there is some wear and tear but this is still a place I would recommend if living in Pittsburgh.

The perfect place to be with the best view and clean place as well I give the glasshouse 5 star rating and everything is so nice and peaceful and the plus side everyone is very nice and respectful

I wanted to love this place - units small but lovely. Great location & amenities, i thought.... However, management is a disaster. Smells like weed 24/7. Garbage rooms full and overflowing constantly. Residents treat the amenities terribly. Pool is unusable on weekends given that some residents treat it like a private club - bring many/many guests - play loud music, drink, smoke weed, ets. Gym never gets cleaned properly (machines NEVER cleaned once in 16 mos). Garage filthy - construction materials, etc, just piled in corners, garbage cans overflowing. Everyone here is extremely young, and think they can treat it like a college dorm. Don't go near this place. It is awful

Just moved in, and so far love it. The apartment and views are great, and the common areas are beautiful. Staff are top notch, maintenance requests resolved more efficiently than I've ever experienced in my long life.

In the almost two years that I have lived here I have been very pleased. Glasshouse is in a scenic location just off the water. One of the many amenities that made me decide to live here.

The move in process/leasing process couldn’t be smoother! All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Super happy to have ended up leading at Glasshouse!

Living at glasshouse has been an amazing experience. There’s never loud noise or problems with my neighbors. The staff and maintenance are always very helpful.

The location can’t be beat! The views are stunning. The staff is friendly and the maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. I don’t have to worry about my vehicle in the garage.

Love meeting other residents and their pets. Beautiful views. Excellent staff. Well maintained units and common areas. Prompt response for maintenance issues.

I enjoy living at Glasshouse. I can walk to work in less than 20 mins, my apartment is lovely and the view is stunning but I didn’t give it a 5 because you can hear your neighbors and there is no free guest parking.

Exterior cleaning could use some help but overall the amenities are nice. Staff is super helpful and nice! Plenty of parking in garage. If any maintenance is needed it is resolved day of or within 48 hours.

Just moved in and everything is perfect. The community is gorgeous, the team has been amazing (shout out to Carissa and Kienna) and the views are stunning.

I have loved living here so far. The units are beautiful and the staff is excellent. It is always nice passing people in the hall and seeing a smiling face

Highly recommend! Glasshouse has it all. The location is perfect, and the staff has been very responsive. If you’re new to Pittsburgh, this is a great place to live.

Glass House really lives up to it's status as a luxury apartment. The amenities are great, the maintenance team responds to issues almost instantly, and the folks in the leasing office and at the front desk are incredibly helpful. The apartments are also gorgeous and spacious. If I hadn't bought a home, I would definitely still live at Glass House!

Moving from out of state. Sara made everything super easy and smooth. Apartment tour was very good and staff has been extremely friendly so far.

The front desk staff have been amazing since I moved here! They are professional, friendly and very responsive. They even provided networking resources outside of the apartment complex. Additionally, I am extremely pleased with the facilities.

I moved in a week ago and have loved everything so far. From the staff to the amenities to the view/location, this is the best apartment complex in the area.

I have had nothing but a positive experience throughout my move in process and first few months living here! All staff are beyond helpful and always have a friendly smile in the hallways.

Glasshouse is perfectly located near restaurants, transportation, and the Three Rivers Heritage Trail. The property is kept clean and I feel safe. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make me feel at home. Of course, the view can’t be beat!

Great location and people that work here. Maintenance staff works super hard. Vaping in the elevator is very gross, and the trqffic/train noise can be alot. But overall, nice place!

What we liked: Positive experience with the leasing office, prompt response to any service requests, great location for walking downtown, pretty lounge area, well-equipped gym with a lovely view. We got our full deposit back when we left, no problem. What we didn't like: We took a level-1 courtyard unit with the intention of spending more time outdoors. But each unit pipes its dryer ventilation into the courtyard so our chairs are constantly covered in lint & dryer sheets from other units. It was therefore also impossible to sit outside if anyone else was doing laundry. The train noise! There is nothing they can do but we felt lied to. Don't believe them when they say the trains don't blow their horns! Especially during the summer it got up to every hour, right by our window. During lantern fly season the exits to the apartment complex were plastered (!) with dead lantern flies. Not cleaned for many weeks until there was a showing. Poorly maintained compound - the gym would frequently run out of wipes & the machines are not maintained, so many things are falling apart after just 2+ years of use. The treadmill belts are streaked with sweat stains. The garage is also really dirty.

The move in process was great - Emma is exceptional at making sure you have all the information to make an inform decision. I felt confident when I selected my apartment it was the right one for me!

I’d recommend Glasshouse generally. I do think it’s overpriced for the area, but it’s close to the city, and the amenities are solid. I do wish someone from maintenance would fix the peloton bikes in the gym.

The people that work at the Glasshouse are the most helpful, nice and caring individuals I have ever witnessed at an apartment. Specifically Mackenzie is always there when you need her and has the answers to solve any of my problems. Overall there is no where else I would want to live and there is no better serving team than that at the Glasshouse. If you are considering a place near Pittsburgh, the glass house is absolutely the way to go. And by the way it could not be a more beautiful property with the best amenities I have ever seen. Lastly, the culture in the Glasshouse is one of community - you can’t beat that.

The apartment is super comfortable. Everything looks amazing and all the appliances work like they are supposed to, unlike most apartments. The buildings scent is even perfect and makes you feel way happier

Love living at this community! Great location, views, and amenity spaces. The resident events hosted by the team are also super fun to attend.

The staff and maintenance team here at Glasshouse are top notch! They are all very friendly. The location can’t be beat either. Everything I need is a short walk or bike ride away. I absolutely love that I have such easy access to the Three Rivers Heritage Trail!

The best apartments ever!!!!! I just recently moved in and I absolutely love living there. Super peaceful and nice. I can't wait for the pool to open in the summer so I can lay out there with the beautiful view of the city!

Glasshouse is a fantastic community to live in! I have never had any problems in the year that I have lived here. The amenities are always well-kept and the staff is great!

We love glasshouse so much we renewed our lease! The gym and puppy washing station are great. Being so close to the trail and downtown is perfect, and the staff is always so helpful!

Glasshouse is my favorite place I have lived. The staff is amazing and welcoming. The other residents are friendly and clean. I feel safe and comfortable living here. The location is also amazing, with nearby restaurants and walking path.

My overall experience at Glasshouse thus far is positive. There are a few things I wish would change about the community. I've found that the hallways are not as well maintained as they could be. Management decided to lock the trash room doors in the garage, but this means that residents have minimal access to the recycling stations. Thus, the trash rooms on each floor and the space outside of the trash rooms in the garage have become overflowing with garbage.

Glasshouse is a beautiful place to live. The amenities are great and everything is always very clean. The concierge is always quick to respond to any concerns. The maintenance staff is amazing.

I feel safe, comfortable, and cozy here at Glasshouse. The staff is amazing. The location is perfect. The view is incredible. We use all the amenities.

A Personable staff that's always willing to help out when asked. Regular social apartment community activities held for tenets. Clean and we'll maintained complex.

Love living here! Very quiet and everyone keeps to themself. Always feel safe and love being at home. The building is always kept very clean and orderly!

I moved into Glasshouse Pittsburgh less than a month ago on a first floor unit. One or two bugs would get inside my apartment everyday but I figured that was tolerable for a first floor unit. The past couple of days have been much worse. The bugs started to number over 10 everyday. I bought and applied anti bug repellent, but it did nothing so I submitted a maintenance request. I also walked into the leasing office to discuss the issue and was quickly talked down to. I told a male leasing agent how the bugs were getting all over my apartment and they were found in groups. My father walked into my bathroom this morning and quickly saw six bugs together. That is not an acceptable situation and is not natural for a first floor apartment. However, when I was trying to tell this agent that my father found over 15 bugs today and he kept on repeating that some bugs are normal in an apartment. I felt ignored and that he was trying to diminish my problems and turn it into me just being a girl who hates bugs. Then he continued to try to turn the buildings problem into my problem. He mentioned how they could be getting into the glass door from a hole, and I asked if they checked units before move ins. He said they did check for potential issues in this area. I then asked how there are already bug issues and he proceeded to suggest that it could be my fault. He said I could have damaged the walls when moving in furniture. I did not have furniture. I ordered all my furniture off Amazon, so it came in small packages so no wall is hit. I have a bug problem and a staff member who was anything but helpful. This building is expensive and none of that was okay. I would not recommend this location.

We toured the Glasshouse yesterday and were beyond impressed! Bravo! Now, if the unit we want would just open up .... ??
