Building door does not lock as it should. Roaches, warnings of thievery, pools nor fitness room available. Lots of issues I've come across just in the first few days of move in. I'm not excited to see what else is going to come up

Scheduled a tour but no one met me for it at the building. Sent an email and got nothing. Tried calling, but no one in the office picked up, so I left a voicemail. It's been a week, and I've still heard nothing. Not a good sign.

Moving into Glen at Burnsville has been a delightful experience! The amenities are great, offering a gym, pool, and a welcoming community space. The convenience of of restaurants and nearby shops makes life so much easier. Plus, my personal experience with the neighbors initially gave me sense of. Great place to live.

Way overpriced for what you get. Surprise charges with rent. Not a well maintained property. Management does not follow up. Car has been towed twice. Go rent a nice townhouse for the same amount or less you would pay here.

The Glen is a great place to live, but with management changes I feel they have a difficult time. My apartment layout is so nice, screened in private patios are unique in apartment homes giving you a feeling of not feeling confined. It's quiet in my building. I am thrilled to see the halls being carpeted and I hope they are going to paint. The Glen has so much potential. Garage door needs to be fixed properly, so it shuts . That's for our safety. That and front door of d building. Courtyard is beautiful and kept up.

This is a good community. I've been here for over 10 years. I've seen alot of mgmt changes some for the good. Maintenance is awesome they work so hard to keep our community up and running.

Glen at Burnsville is a nice place to live. Management is friendly. Most of the residents are friendly. It's quiet. But residents like to leave their garbage and unwanted furniture in the hallways and laundry room which is embarrassing when I have company coming over. The carpets and hallways need updating. There are stains everywhere and it smells awful

The management and maintenance team are VERY good. Especially maintenance. Always responding in a timely manner. With that being said, I was excited to see improvments to the building authenics this spring/summer.I was very disappointed that things have been put on hold due too budget restraints. I love my apartment but I'm embarrassed to bring anyone here because of the condition of the building. Stairs are loose, carpet stained, frequent smell of weed that absolutely over takes the entire floor. Management is trying but Phil and other management just have so much to deal including the recent fire. I know they are trying however I pay quite a bit of money to live in a building where I'm embarrassed to bring guest to.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! If I could give this place zero stars I would!! This place is absolutely horrible there have been 3 fires in the last 1.5 years all of which destroyed 4+ unit. Trash in hallways and garbage on walls. Cockroaches, bugs and mice! Laundry rooms are gross. Amenities offered are lacking severely in all ways. Management is terrible and offers no help. I have had three packages stolen from the locked room that they provide and when mentioned to the office they told me that there was nothing they could do to fix it because it’s an amenity that they offer and that they have no responsibility for it along with no cameras in the area. The elevator in our building has been broken for the last three months. Office staff has lied saying that things have been fixed when we know that they haven’t we had requested to have pest control come out due to a mice problem and nobody came when we mentioned it to the office the office person told me that pest control had been out even though I had been home all day and nobody showed they tried to tell me that pest control had been in our home. Trying to get a hold of the office is almost impossible they seem to be screening phone calls. I could go on. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Bad management, nothing is ever completed on a timely manner, the same pipes leak for months on end and it takes them a month to get a major plumbing issue solved. Hallways are always dirty with trash from residents that stays there for at least a week. Too high of pricing for the low quality.

These apt. Homes are a beautiful lay out, beautiful grounds outside, quiet,so far I love it here. The staff are so polite and courteous .they attempt to meet needs as soon as possible. Great maintenance.

Strongly encourage please to come look at the apartments. Not only its very peaceful place but the front desk employees were amazing at helping me move and making it very easy the leasing process.

I like the Glen in Burnsville because it is in a good location near 35E and 35W. Plus, there are grocery stores, restaurants, a pharmacy, walking parks near county road 11, and a bus stop within walking distance for those without a vehicle. The maintenance and community staff have always been super nice and helpful.

Recently moved out (July 2020) and honestly I don’t recommend these apts to anyone looking for a place. When I moved in 5 years ago (Raven Hills was the name at the time) everything went smoothly, halls and pool area were clean, maintenance was always done in a timely manner. Shortly after a few years new management took over and that’s when everything went down hill. The carpet in the halls were never kept up and began to get dirty and smelly, parking garage for some reason always smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, also management doesn’t check the indoor garage spaces as for one time someone parked in my space for a whole weekend and doesn’t seem to be right due to the fact that I was paying for my parking space. Elevator always broke down and took days to get it fixed. The main door seemed to be broken and anyone can get in and phone box system to unlock door functioned sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. I never checked the statement from our rent (which is my fault) but noticed I was being over charged for about 5 months straight for renters insurnace when I clearly had emailed them a copy each time it was due. Also emails were almost never responded and maintenance was a drag, the last month we were there our bathroom sink was clogged management stated that it wasn’t a priority (mind you we only had one bathroom) and it took over a month to get it fixed, we actually moved out and shortly after I got the notification that the sink was fixed(requested the maintenance on May 8th and moved out June 19th). Lastly we had nosey neighbors and we called several times to the office and complained and it seemed like they didn’t care since the neighbors still had loud music at all times of the day, and I can go on about different issue that are wrong with this place but I think you get the point. If your looking for a place look else where since glen at burnsville doesn’t seem to hold the standards the claim and by my experience from living there the last years I wouldn’t recommend anyone renting here.

I have quite a few favorites but my tops are *Storage space you have in unit, lots of spacious closets. * TWO AC UNITS. TWO! One in the living room and one in the bedroom (which is HUGE in the summer) The office does random little free get-togethers every 1-3 months. FREE food (I love when they do free breakfast/coffee), they've done pizza party with games, meet your neighbors or take your free food and go home. *The place comes with alot of perks (indoor parking, extra storage units to rent, pool, fitness room, computer lounge. *Thick walls and/or quite neighbors. I genuinely love it here. Enough where I am writing a review on an apartment for the first time ever. I've been here almost a year and have no plans on leaving until I find a house (So probably awhile)

There is a ton of crime. There are cockroach and mice infestations. The hallways are usually filled with garbage, vomit, and other bodily fluids. You will also get charged extra for trash because so many people throw their garbage in the halls and throw garbage into the recycling containers that the garbage company has to charge everyone extra for the removal service. The halls reek of weed and you see drug deals going on day and night in the parking lot. There was even a murder in the parking lot not so long ago. I have been physically attacked before by two gangsta-wannabe teens when I was simply minding my own business, napping by the pool. I have heard stories of other people being physically stalked and threatened by the criminals who live here. Maintenance NEVER gets done on time. It will literally take MONTHS for them to do simple fixes poorly, if they even show up at all. Once, I told them that I smelled a natural gas leak. NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP! No calls, nothing. They allow pitbulls to live here, which is dangerous. Once a pitbull attacked my wife and her dog here. The only reason why you would want to live here is if you are a criminal with a pitbull who wants to live in a cockroach and mice infested building.

Our pest control contractor provides weekly visits to address both our common ares as well as in home issues. Rarely do we need to send them in twice! If you are currently experiencing an issue in your home we would be happy to request an immediate service. Common area cleanliness- Although I personally walk the buildings several time a week it does not mean issues are not being missed by myself nor our cleaners! We encourage you to contact our office if an issue is present in the community. Our cleaners are here 6 days a week with office staff on site everyday. We are happy to be responsive to any issues! I have been in the clouds since I moved into my new apt at Glen at Burnsville. I have been looking for cheaper places that turned out to be cheap but this place makes me feel special. When I call the office they are so polite and attentive and take care of me right away. It is worth coming to see for yourself. This is definitely home for me and my 5 yr old she loves it.

Glen at Burnsville gave me hope in finding an apartment when I was in the searching process because I struggled to find a place that the priority wasnt credit and it was more about how much you make which was a big relief! The timing was great, the staff was helpful and made me less stressed about moving. My only recommendation is being more efficient and helpful to getting the parking spot set up as well as the call box to get into the apartment if you have guests and also better information on the mailbox setup. Other than that I love my apartment! All of the staff has been super nice and Ive never felt more comfortable in my living environment!

my apartment needs updating. owners/management company has switched about 7 times since i started living here, name has changed twice. The office is very friendly, but they dont have time for the amount of maintenance requests that come in. they need more staff.

I moved in about a month ago with all my pets and my boyfriend and although things were not as high of quality as the initial toured apartment, I am satisfied with my apartment. Management(as of right now) has been very responsive and helpful.
