I absolutely love the layout of the apartment and the community seems nice. I only have one really big issue and, that is there is NO HOT WATER and the water pressure sucks. I'm absolutely blown away that no one or rather multiple people haven't complained enough that something could be done about this. Winter is now coming upon us and cold showers isn't something I'm looking forward to. Let's all band together for HOT WATER.

I have only been here a little over a month and so far living here has been nice. I feel comfortable, all neighbors are friendly. Response time for Office Admin. and maintenance has been quick, which is a plus for me. There is always extra parking which is another plus for me. Been in apartment complexes where there would be no extra parking at all for your guest. Haven't lived in a apartment community in a long time but happy I have chosen Glen at Mesa for my home.

I love the apartment it’s so cute and the layout is awesome. I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately the office staff can be rude and I’ve heard this from multiple residents so I know it’s not just me. But overall 9/10 would recommend.

Love the area. Had a few problems with apt like garbage disposal and we moved in on the weekend so nobody was available for maintenance but they came the following Monday and fixed. They are pretty fast with communication and getting things done

All I can say is this place needs to actually get the amenities working. Hot tubs haven’t worked in years. Staff for the most part are friendly but when you rent a place based on location and what it has to offer it’s a bummer when you can’t use them

Love the apt layout, the 2 patios are ideal, and everyone has been friendly & helpful. I would recommend living here. It's peacefull, a lovely community & dog friendly. Love the little dog park. More trees & bushes are needed. But it's great place to let your dog off leash.

Since we’ve been here the apartment complex has been trying to upgrade all kinds of things. A big thing is they fixed the gate, so now it closes and opens at certain a times which helps the place feel safer! The office staff is really nice, they’ve been striving towards creating a good community and they’ve been putting on many events! It’s fun, not a lot of apartment complexes do that! The apartments themselves are HUGE and they are reasonably priced for how big they are! The only thing is if you are looking for somewhere that has a lot of amenities, probably not the place for you. Don’t get me wrong they have 4 pools and 3 jacuzzis and a fire pit, but I wouldn’t say their gym is the best, a lot of equipment is broken, and it smells odd in there (different from normal gym smell) but recently it has been closed so maybe they’re trying to fix it! Also, I know some people look for a community center for hosting parties and I don’t think we have one! But I have loved living here! :)

Needs to be cleaner and walls are not very sound proof. Bed bugs, termites, roaches, spiders, and pigeon poop everywhere. Staff blamed us for the bed bugs when we had just moved in so we interviewed the whole complex and they've had bed bugs for years.

The apartment complex is nice,the staff and maintenance cree are great. The major and only real problem we have is people not picking up after their dogs...I believe the office staff Really need to get out and walk the grounds to truly understand the nature of this problem. It's embarrassing to even invite friends because you don't want them to see all the dog crap. It takes away the beauty of the complex.

Honestly the office lacks and the community isn't well taken care of the dog park is gross and has dead grass which I think attracts bugs the front where the office is nice but the back they don't care About you and maintenance is lacking

This will be our last year here as we need more space, but overall this place has been pretty decent. Rent increases aren’t unreasonable and there was some really bad management, but those people no longer work for the company and it’s actually got a lot better. The new community out reach they do with meet and greets, cookouts, and maintenance app assistance is so much better. 4 stars cause there is always room for improvement and they do need to improve in some areas, but the overall experience has been good!

I gave note that the ppl cut our wall and never fix it for 5 month told the office a few times and our washer out for 7 month they try to fix it 3 or 4 times still nothing I report to many time and still nothing. I'm alittle disappointed in our complex right now. Don't get us wrong like the place, and don't ask us to reach out cause we have plenty of times..

Management has been nice. The garbage pickup service creates a pigeon and stray cat problem. Most days you walk through the property, you will see bags and bags of garbage.

Loved this place when we first moved in but sadly they don’t care about how the back of the property looks much. Kinda sad how we are forgotten back here but the front of the property looks nice since that’s all that seems to matter.

Management is great with communication and, keeping the property clean. The complex is quiet I hope to see more positive changes to come for the pools. The one issue I do have is the lights in the back of the complex by the gym a few of the lights are out.

Wish things worked properly around here. Staff is great and friendly. For the price the places are spacious and nice. But not having hot tubs in the winter and only a couple pools because stuff can’t be fixed right is a little frustrating with them raising rent year. You would think stuff would be kept up better

Top notch staff, first class community & affordable housing with luxurious amenities! From friendly and welcoming staff to valet front door trash collection while using an app. Just to know when they have arrived. With a dog park, heated pool and several pools, fitness center, business center and beautifully renovated apartments. Living here could be a your dream come true and is for some folks!

Not Too Bad
I've been here 4 years. I've only had 1 problem with a neighbor. Most of the front office staff are friendly. There are sooooo many cats flopping here it's ridiculous. But they have they're rights. I had to get a PO Box cuz every time I would go to check my mailbox it was opened. The Apts do a nice job on keeping up with landscaping. And keeping poop bags. I wish more people would use them. I love that these Apts are larger than most.

The worst
This property is not maintained at all. The trees are falling apart, horrible landscaping, and cockroaches everywhere. They will raise your rent a minimum of $150 a year without doing any repairs to the apartment. In the last month, there have been two fatal shootings in the building , and one of them had over 50 shots fired from police and suspect. Multiple stray bullets entered other apartments. When you call the office, they'll hardly ever answer, and when they do, they're not sympathetic at all. You'll have a ton of hidden monthly fees such as pest control, but you'll never see anyone spraying because you'll have to request it 1 week prior. Absolutely the worst apartment we've rented in Arizona.

Not as Promised
Love the grounds, neighbors are nice, it's clean. But... Won't honor valid $100 off rent we had, unit we were shown had bigger appliances than what we have. CAN YOU AT LEAST REPLACE THE SHELVES ON THE FRIDGE DOOR? THEY ARE CURRENTLY USELESS! Got rid of our microwave since the unit we were shown had one above the stove, they have yet to bring us one as promised. Patio lights or locks don't work and the doors don't close properly. First day we had maintenance here for a leaky toilet, they have come back twice more. Were told no carpeting, both bedrooms have it. Don't care about that, but rug on entry steps is nasty and would like it replaced. Dryer tube was crushed so you have to put clothes through two dry cycles. Nothing on our move-in sheet has been asked about, addressed or anything and we've been here now 10 days. We were excited to have the wood patios for our son to play, but he can't since there are so many loose boards and nails sticking up and out everywhere! NOT SAFE! PLEASE ADDRESS THESE THINGS AND I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW.

Quiet, spacious rooms, a split floor entry creates a loft-like feeling. Each room is open, light and airy. Pet friendly. My favorite 'nook' is a porch/patio that links the two bedrooms. Its delightful 8 mos out of 12. The fireplace is inviting and warm for our few cold months in AZ. There is a wet bar that I have decked out 50's style (I can remember the 50's first hand) It is a focal point right from the stair landing and an immediate hit with family and visitors alike. A second, larger patio just off the living room is perfect for entertaining year round. The units are a little older, but so am I..perfect fit.

I have lived here 5 years
Since the property was bought by another company the place has gone downhill. I have had a leak in my living room for 3 years now. My fridge went out a year ago and they brought me a fridge that was so beaten up I thought it was from the trash. I have pics. It had black slime in the freezer and I had to clean that all out. I have had a leak in the master bath for 1 year and a half that still is not fixed. Just now my granddaughter needed to use the key to lock up bc I have both of the keys and am at work so I call and make arrangements for her to get the key to lock up and bring it back. When my granddaughter gets there they claim they do not have it!!!!!! They were in my apt 2 weeks ago!!!!!!!!! How did they get in then!!!!!

Really great place
So happy I found a pet friendly place that is not a dump! I love that they allow my cat and that the apartments are very well taken care of and clean. Sometimes, pet friendly places can tend to be run down and require a huge deposit. That was not the case here, so I am so lucky to have found it. I am really happy here.

Bugs and maintenance
They never do the work orders I request bugs ?? are all over the place I’ve gone thru ortho bug spray like two three and raid I moved in only one month here and it sucks. Don’t rent here if you don’t like Cockroaches

Do NOT rent here....
Long story short...Been here a long time. Utter disappointment in new owners/management. Pools are not well kept, garbage all over the property, hot tubs and work out room CLOSED. No answer on when they will be open! Pool gates don't lock and/or are busted. Major roof and plumbing leaks. Lower units get flooded regularly from original poor plumbing. Potholes everywhere. Extremely poor maintenance! And believe me-you'll need maintenance. Mgr just appeases you with excuses. PATHETIC. Will be moving once I find a house. Please do not rent here-you'll be upset when you do.

Hello, We're sorry to see that you are frustrated by some of the changes going on in our community. As you are aware, we recently acquired this property and are working diligently to make improvements so that it's the best apartment living experience in Mesa. We appreciate your invaluable feedback as a resident. As you can imagine, it's quite an undertaking to transition a property this large. Here are some updates on what we're working on with regards to your concerns. Our workout room is temporarily closed while they install a monitoring system that is required by the City of Mesa. It will be open by the end of next week. The four pools and two hot tubs are all working and in good condition. The other two hot tubs are being converted into fire pit areas where residents can hang out. Those improvements are scheduled to be ready by May 15th. The lawn is in a transition period between winter and summer grass. Thus, it will have dead spots in some areas and unfortunately, this is not something we can control. We just changed trash companies and are measuring the amount of days needed and number of trash bins required to properly take care of the whole community. Lastly, we are replacing plumbing in every home and are about 1/3 complete. We know this is an intrusion and inconvenient, however, it's very important to maintain all necessary upkeep in our homes and there's never a convenient time to do this. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we transition and make all the necessary improvements that our community needs.
