Glen at the Park appears as a lovely community with kind and helpful staff throughout tours and the application process, but immediately becomes unkind and dismissive once move-in is complete. I've had SO many issues with this residence and have no doubt I will have many more for the remainder of my lease (from a promised "gift card", to maintenance, to entering our home without permission, to having to leave our home for days, to pests, and "move-in ready" homes with cracked windows, and much more). I will not renew a lease here, nor will I recommend anyone to think about living in this complex as long as the people who are in charge and "help" are here. I, and my roommates, have been dismissed and thoroughly ignored or pushed away when trying to reach out to the office for help or communication on issues regarding our home.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The office is terrible, there are unleashed dogs running around everywhere, they don't respond to maintenance issues even when its the ceiling peeling and leaking or a toilet completely broken for days, I keep my apartment clean so I don't have any bugs but everywhere else must be completely infested due to how often they do random mandatory bug bombs with barely any notice or consideration of the fact that people have jobs, my neighbors have 1) abandoned their dog, 2) set literal fireworks off INSIDE their apartments 3) had physical fights so loud I thought my ceiling fan would fall down, 4) been the loudest people on the face of the planet (I've lived in downtown Philly directly above an all night taco bar and Italian restaurant and that was quieter) and let their dog urinate and defecate all over my balcony since they never took it outside, the "valet" trash that you pay extra for is never picked up, people have tried to break into my car multiple times now and they have the audacity to charge you to park there. I cannot wait to leave this place. Maybe you wouldn't have so many bug infestations if you actually picked up the trash.

While we realize the preventative pest control preparation and treatment may be inconvenient, it is necessary to ensure you home and all others remain bug free. My experience with Glenn at the park apartments since we have moved here has been great quiet, exercise room, valet trash and the staff are very friendly and helpful you can't beat that.

The team at the leasing Office is very friendly and always try to solve any problem we have. The maintenance team are also awesome. So far the major problem I see is the cleanliness in the complex.

Like I said, I took this apt because it was not renovated. It was fully painted. It had water damage under counters that have no shelf with mold in both the bathroom and kitchen and open pipes to see into walls, no new bathroom fixers, doorknobs broken, appliances old, and was given cheaper rent for it. This management came in and raised my rent $500 so now I have all these issues with now and infestation of roaches and have to pay $500 more a month. They stopped the pest guy from coming so he never got to finish spraying and they just came right back. So my daughter and I can't use the kitchen to store anything, it all sits in on the sofa. I was blocked from the community page for showing what the cabinets look like , the mold, the water damage and how many chemicals I buy to keep the roaches away. I have been ripped off of all that money when I could have moved 12 mths ago but they never gave me lease options till the last minute. This place is corrupt and evil.

I’ve been a resident at Glen At The Park for 5 yrs and I’m satisfied with the attention given when I’ve needed repairs done. There have been many upgrades done throughout the complex and the pool area and gym look amazing!!!

Would not recommend Glen at The Park, community neglects apartments further in the back. Trash left behind, homeless people set up nearby, and glass shattered on driveways and sidewalks without clean up or care completed.

Would not recommend this property to anyone go somewhere else for your health and safety. Absolutely horrible service from the front office when it comes to habitable issues. I've been asking for replacement utilities since I moved in and nothing has happened. I asked for my unit to be sprayed because of the severity of the roach infestation I was unaware of, nothing happened. Save your money and time, these people in the office have shown me they do not care about the tenants at this property.

The women in the office are amazing. Nice, helpful and tries to fix issues to the best of their ability. Maintenance workers are nice, but overloaded with work so takes forever to fix issues (even heat when it’s an emergency)

There are constantly roaches and no amount of visits from pest control seems to get rid of them. People are super loud and there is no response when you put in a complaint for it.

If you could leave less than 1 star I absolutely would. The staff on this property lies about having roach infested apartments and after being here almost 2 months has yet to do anything to fix the issue. They lied multiple times about pest control being on site when they were aware he was not and wasted 3 of my work days. When moving into my apartment it was clear no one took the time to walk through and ensure all appliance worked properly (even thought it was requested multiple times prior to move in). The dishwasher was pouring out water, the A/C did not work, and the drains were all clogged to the point water barely went down. This property has turned off my water multiple times with ZERO communication even though they are well aware you are required to give residents at least 24 hour notice prior to shutting off water. As a pregnant single woman I’ve never experienced such stress and blatant disrespect for an apartment complex and truly wouldn’t wish this on anyone. So take this as a clear and transparent warning of why Glen at the Park is a terrible place to have your family call home.

Do not recommend living here. If zero stars were an option that is what this place deserves. Many maintenance issues that go unresolved. They make excuses about the buildings being old but then don’t do any thing to make things right or fix the issues. They knew this when they bought the buildings. It’s just excuse after excuse about being backed up but then after almost 2 months they are in the same hole with the same excuses. If you call the office expect to be treated with disrespect or management to talk to you condescending. Or better yet they just out right ignore you and do not call when you requested to be called back. Glen at the Park staff/management… communication is key…..treat people with kindness… or I don’t know answer the phone in a positive mood, not an annoyed tone because you know who is on the line and you don’t want to deal with us. Businesses fail because of the kind of treatment you give out, but for some reason you all know there are no consequences for your actions as us tenants will just leave and you then rent out the apartment for more money and treat new tenants with the same lack of respect. It’s a revolving door and sad how it continues to happen. How about be better and stick to your word per your platform online… make people happy to call this place home. Do better so people want to continue to live in your community. Maybe understand that most tenants would not bother wasting your time if a problem wasn’t a problem that needed addressed. Maybe if all of you took pride in where you worked your tenants would be more willing to call this place a home.

It’s literally what you pay for, cheap apartments. Wiring within the housing isn’t great, ac doesn’t work, valet trash never comes. You pay all these fees but you aren’t getting any of the service they say they offer. But it’s cheap housing so i guess that’s why.

It's a huge upgrade from where I came from. I don't have any complaints and Nancy at the office and Bre aka Crystal who is in the maintenance team. Those two ladies deserve a raise ?? they're always on top of things and get things done in a timely manner! I've been here for almost a month and haven't had a problem or concern that haven't been addressed so I'm loving it over here and hopefully the way I feel today will remain in the months to come!!
