Expensive for what your getting, maintenance is only there from 7 to 3 on weekdays. Office is only open till 4, my new apartment was not clean when I moved in and was filled with bugs. Found out shortly after that I had mice.

This is the worst place ever! We have talked with the office several times about a certain dog that is never on a leash and no owner in site. Management still has yet to do anything about it! I'm tired of it good thing our lease is up and we are nt renewing but before we go we are calling corporate on the management here!

They have on my credit score that I owe them money still when I lived out of the apartment in 2017 and they kept my deposit. they refused to do anything about the money I did not owe them. I ended up paying $500 for the collection to come off my credit. They say I didn’t turn in the key. I remember turning it in and the last. Who was pregnant, put it in a drawer. They didn’t call me, email me, send me a letter, anything- they considered this me staying past my lease and had to pay the sheriff to break into the apartment and that’s what this fee was for. The fact that this place did not listen to me, did not believe me, and did not contact me about the “missing key” just shows how irresponsible they are. I feel sorry for anyone living here. But don’t worry. I am reporting them to the BBB and any other platform that will accept my negative review on them.

Not the worst apartment complex in Glendale, but for the price, definitely not the best. I moved in during the fall, and both fall and winter were a breeze living here. I live in a studio and was able to do a lot with the set-up of their studios. My neighbors aren’t loud or weird, I actually quite like most of them. Even if they were that bad, the walls aren’t paper-thin. Grounds are usually kept pretty nice, and the parking is mildly decent. They do offer a free towing service if there’s a car in a covered that you’re paying for, which is pretty great. My private balcony is nice, too. Onto the cons.... First and foremost, bugs. I am not that dirty of a person. I’ve never had a bug problem anywhere before, but you just can’t win here. They have pest control come out at least seasonally. They have a contract with a company, and necessarily so. It’s quite frustrating to have to turn your home upside down for bug treatment that’ll last 2-3 weeks. I’ve asked the neighbors and I’m not alone on this one. I’m not even on the first floor. Water. The water is very inconsistent. Meaning that it gets turned off couple times a month. A break here, a leak here, a hot water issue there, they never seem to be fixed/working when you need them to be. I have to admit that water is free here, but you’re getting what you pay for, or lack thereof. While the grounds are pretty, it comes at an annoying price. It’s really, really loud here, and it has little to do with the residents. Seems like the grounds crew are always sawing down a tree or blowing leaves or moving the grass patches or working on a concrete pathway or the pool - always some loud noise in the background. If you work nights or have irregular days off, I would look elsewhere. Also, just a personal complaint as someone with home improvement experience, I am genuinely unsure how an apartment this relatively new found and installed such old crappy cabinets. The roaches have a lovely bit of storage there.
Ever since the new management came things started going down. We called maintenance 10pm cause our apt was getting flooded and no one came. We asked them the next day why they didnt come and they said they never recieved any phone calls. Ruby the manager is very rude and if you're not on her good side she will find anything to get you out so I've heard from at least 2 different neighbors. Thats pretty sad if your neighbors have to worn you about your manager. Our cars and apt have been broken in to. We asked the girls at the office if they can send an email warning the complex about theft. I asked our neighbors if anyone got an email cause 2 other neighbors got their car broken in to and they said no. Nobody warned them about anything. It took 4 of ourneighbors cars to get broken into and finally have someone listen if they listened cause we all called the cops and I think the cops made sure it stopped not the office security team. Be prepared to have raid with you when you move in. You will have pest control come in your apt once or twice a month. They always turn the water off without warning. My husband was showering and all of a sudden no water. Very frustrating. I do not recommend this apt to anyone and please watch out with the rude manager Ruby ask around and you'll know what I'm talking about.
I tell all my friends just how kind, considerate, most important very concerned for you. Ladies who work here are more than happy to make you feel welcomed. I am very fortunate. Every time I open my door to view a beautiful pool that is well maintained on the property is truly a delight! If ever you have any type of problem, Ruby and Luz will be there for you. Inside the Manager's office is lovely; every holiday they have something to share with us to have you feel special. I truly recommend Glen Brae... Thank you for having me as a tenant. I've been living here for 2 years and I love it. The management is amazing. Ruby ( the manager) and the maintenance staff are very kind and willing to help you at any time. Apartments are well- equipped,covered and safe parking, clean pools and patios as well. I will totally recommend you to live here.
I like my apartment its very quiet and they stay on top of everything
I carry a shoe with me at home so I can kill roaches. Most mornings I kill between 7-9 roaches between the time I wake up and the time I leave for work. I have about 200 bed bug bites on me. Itch like crazy. Can't get the manager to return my call. Gotta get outta here!!!!
This is a good place to live a safe environment I notice they have security guard walks the property at night my refrigerator broke down they delivered another refrigerator within an hour the people at the office are very nice answers all your questions they added new landscape the place looks even better the rent is reasonable overall I would recommend to my friends to come rent a apartment here
