My family and I have been here almost a year and very happy with the choice we made to move in here. We currently live in the townhome section and it’s got plenty of room in it for a family of 4. Very quiet area with lots to do in a short distance from here. Malls, stores, wawa, grocery stores, restaurants. Maintenance man is awesome and addresses any problems we have as fast as he can and that’s usually same day or next day. Property manager is very nice and goes above and beyond for everyone to make sure you are happy while your here. The pool is awesome. Game room is fun. Just a very nice place to live if your looking to move or come to in this area. Thank you Glen Eyre!
For the area, you will not get anything better! AJH Management has received some negative comments after taking over. And yes, it was an adjustment as the prior management was exceptional in maintaining the property. But, while there was an adjustment period, the new management has tried to do whatever it could to be just as good in maintaining the property and on some accounts even better! The Office Manager Cali is amazing! She goes over and beyond to address concerns and rectify problems. And the maintenance response is great as well! Overall, AJH Management was very responsive whether you contacted them with suggestions for improvements or needed a matter addressed & corrected. Can personality attest to any issues being timely resolved with a great care. Unfortunately, they inherited some issues that cannot be easily corrected like the lack of parking due to the logistics. Also, the trash compactor/recyclable issues were not well thought out by the prior owners. So, they've work hard at seeking ways to improve systems, which hasn't been easy, but with Cali at the helm they will continue to look for ways to make things better for residences! I have seen negative reviews on new property management and in my opinion they have done great. they are fixing issues from old management that was never taken care of. Seem to be really trying to make the community better.

The apartments are reasonably priced with all the amenities I need and the location is perfect (quiet but close enough to malls and restaurants to be convenient). Maintenance staff do an excellent job of keeping the grounds neat and well plowed when it snows.

We loved Glen Eyre when we first moved here about 8 months ago, but the new management in the past two months has been awful. They are impossible to get a hold of, there is never anyone in the leasing office to even answer the phone, and the grounds are not kept as nicely as they once were. There are also not enough parking spaces, and it’s a bit ridiculous that the entire complex shares one garbage compactor and dumpster.

We are sorry you feel this way! Please be understanding that with the transfer of property management we were not given any information besides leases. It did take some time to correct some of the issues. As for the parking and trash compactor, it's always been the same, old management and new. There weren't more parking spaces before or more dumpsters. Because we can't change either of these we have a few changes coming to the community such as: 1.) Recycling bins are now going to have special lids so residents are required to breakdown their boxes so they do not fill up so quickly. 2.) New cameras facing the bins/ dumpsters so we can see who exactly leaves trash outside of compactor/ puts trash in recycling. This will allow us to give out warnings & then fines if it continues. 3.) We have created parking permits for all residents that they are required to have in their vehicle. The permits will be color coordinated with units that have a garage vs. those who do not. We are hoping that these changes will correct trash & parking issues.
We’ve lived in Glen Eyre for almost five years. The first four years were wonderful - beautiful apartments, friendly and attentive staff, and great neighbors. The last year has been a different story - old food and trash all over the property, terrible upkeep of landscaping, noisy neighbors, and lots of community rules being broken with no enforcement. Since AJH management took over in the last month, you can’t get a hold of anyone in the leasing office to help with issues.

We were not left with a single phone number. The first few months were indeed rocky and we agree with you fully on that. We are very sorry for any inconvenience at this time. The rules at this place are insane! There is 1 dumpster for the entire complex so you have to walk or drive to the front of the complex to dump your trash. There are constant threats made to tenants, they constantly want to inspect the apartments. There are like 6 open spots in the entire complex of visitors so often visitors are made to park on a Dangerous side street. Rent goes up a lot every year. The management is rude and unrealistic. They tack fees on all of the time. Kids are not allowed to ride their bikes on the property. Seriously? The pool is the size of a Lima bean. You can’t store anything in your garage. I can’t wait til the lease isn’t up here. You have more privacy and less rules in prison than you do here. It’s pine hill not cherry hill. You should see the packet of ridiculous rules. So not worth the outrageous rent.

I will list some points for you to consider: 1. If you pay extra for a garage, you are not allowed to put anything in it except your other car, so basically you are paying for a second parking space. They say you can put a few things in the back, but then your car won't fit because the garages are small. Recently Management has threatened, by letter, to inspect every tenants garages because a few cars have parked where they shouldn't. Instead of dealing with those tenants they have threatened everyone. 2. They don't mention here that if you have a pet, in addition to their other fees, they make you pay for DNA testing. If your dog poops outside, or has diarrhea and you can't get it all up, they will run the DNA and fine you $200 for the 1st offense, $750 for the 2nd and $1,000 for the 3rd. After that you will be evicted. 3. Management is rude and unhelpful. 4. If you are disabled and it snows, be careful. They only plow after a certain amount of inches, I think 5 inches. 5. Also if you are handicapped be careful because the doors to the building are not handicapped accessible. 6. Be prepared for constant letters about rules and threats of eviction, even if you follow the rules and pay your rent on time. 7. We can't wait to get out of here.
This property has to many restriction and are not KID friendly. kids are not allowed to play anywhere outside. This community is listed as "luxury living" which it is far from. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do, you get charged for every little thing and pay a very high rent which is not worth it. I have contacted the corporate office about my complains and have yet to hear back from them 6 months later. The property management can careless! Beware!!

Since we have new management in 2019 we can assure to you if you were to come back it would be completely different! We have added many things to improve Glen Eyre's property to be more family & children friendly. We have recently added a game room for children to play pool, ping pong, watch tv/ play games. When we took over we saw some of the previous issues and have done our best to change Glen Eyre for the better. We are sorry you had such a bad experience here. If you are ever looking again come back and see our new totally and improved environment!:)
Great location, easy access to all major highways. New construction and very nice luxury style apartments. Most floor-plans include 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a garage. the view from our apartment is private, wooded and beautifully landscaped. Includes access to common areas; gym and swimming pool (brand new).
