I have just recently moved into these apartments but have followed them for over several years and I know how they use to be compared to how they are now. The woman that manages these apartments now is LaKisha and she is an excellent manager along with her team the assistant manager is Chelsea, these two ladies are magnificent and always going above and beyond to help the fellow man. I’m so glad that she came in here and changed these apartments for the better like four years ago because this community was going down the drain, but with her hard work and dedication to her job and this complex it really changed things around for this to become a livable place, my kids and I love it and my husband is ecstatic because like me he know there use to be gangs, drug deals all in this complex and the whole area and it’s wonderful to see good change. If she leaves us I don’t think things will stay the same so I hope her and the team keep gracing is with their presence. Thanks Sun Prairie and Glen Oaks Property Team!

I've been here for 3years and my recent experience with management I question there integrity... This is the first time I've actually felt it's time to move.

The staff there is very helpful, kind and they will work with you as soon as the same day .. I definitely recommend them!

Quiet corner with nice floor plans... kid friendly with playgrounds and on site security... leasing staff very pleasant and welcoming...

Came in to look at an apartment and was greeted by the nicest women. They helped me with my problems and getting me in a new apartment.

I recently moved here and I love it. The staff are nice and clear with information. The one time there was miscommunication with my moving date. They offered a few days off of rent and everything has been fine since. I have had no problems with pest at ALL! Lets not forget about he price.. It may be a bit smaller than what I've had before but I love the price that I am paying. I wasn't for sure about the area but it's actually quite complex!

I've been here over 2 years and haven't issues. Haven't heard of my neighbors having infestation of any kind. I would NOT be here if that was the case!!! Pretty nice place to me.

I have been living here since 2014 and have wanted to move every since. But I must say my views have definitely changed. There has been a major change in the right direction since Ms. Keshia came in. When I say get the job done and cares about the tenants. I would recommend anyone to come and live here. The work orders are done in a much faster timely fashion. Ms. Keshia and her assistant Arena are the BOMB.COM. I wasn't going to renew but that changed. I can actually say now that I LOVE IT HERE. The best since I've been here. DONT LET THEM GO PLEASE. THEY ARE PHENOMENAL.

The apt have mold that they covered with paint. The office staff is very unprofessional and unwelcoming and all are lairs. Their ungrades are old appliances I guess the got from some used appliance place because they definitely are not new.The walls and floors are thin you can hear every conversation going on in the apartment next door, even hear hear the lightest of foot prints. The neighborhood isn’t suitable to raise kids. They have been two shooting involving people that live in these apartments even had a drive by. People in the apartment steals packages when lift by your door if left. When you come to file a complaint in the office about anything that needs fixing they do nothing, until sometimes you get the regional manager involved. They have had apartments broken into and no one did anything about it. The do have roaches and rats both running in the apartments and on the property. There is even people dealing drugs in one of the buildings. Would never rent here again, happy my lease is up.

I have live here for over 5 years and I must say my place is home sweet home. I am so glad I choose glen oaks apartments because the staff has the best customer services. The staff is very pleasant and show respect. Maintenance is great. One time my a/c was not cooling and within an hour Mr. Javier came and fix the problem. I have had no problem since. He did a good job. I love my place because it's close to my job, shopping centers and close to the beltway 8. I would recommend this place it's a good community and I have great neighbors.

I recently moved to the Sun Prairie side, and I absolutely LOVE it!... My apartment was fully upgraded when I moved in so I haven’t had any major issues with it. The office staff is very friendly and makes me feel welcome every time I hit the door. The leasing agent has been very helpful to me since my very first visit and I really don’t see that changing. The minor maintenance issues that I have had, were taken care of very fast. So if you are looking for a nice comfortable home and a staff that cares, this is the place to live!

shooting and neighbors fighting all the time,playing tv very loud in 2&3 in the morning. People stealing mail out the mailboxes. I can't wait until my lease is up in 3 more months. Very cheap but you get what you pay for!

Do not Rent here Beware!!! Not a place to raise a family here . they have been drive by's in the middle of the night. They lie to new tenants and try to hide what happens here. I could here my upstairs neighbor every single word they say and mainly in the restroom/NO PRIVACY on that. So happy to move out when my lease is up . this is the first apartments I live in that I could hear everyone behind walls and they could hear us too that we gotta whisper to talk now. I ain't joking if you dont believe sign the lease and you will see on your own. Infested with big flying roaches and spiders. Drug dealers. Etc .... You get what you pay for, simple as that.

If I could give no stars I would. Apartment full of ants before I move in told the office about they did NOTHING we hired our own exterminator. They straight up CROOKS after the 3rd of the month they increase a late charge of $75 dollars on day 4th and $10 per day after that insane these apartments are in desperate need of upgrading they slap paint and keep it moving they are great for temp housing only.

all lies, these apartments are the worst.... rats, roaches, and bed bugs. had to toss out my furniture twice. toilet broke was broken for month before someone decided to come and fix it. a.c went out i had to complain for months as well and still nothing has changed. the managers do not care for the problems that you have and will make it obvious. from stupid attitudes to smart snobby remarks. do not i repeat DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS you will regret it my lease is up and i am so excited about moving.

These apartments are not the best and nor do they look the best. Everything is really old, office staff is horrific.They lose money orders and so on. Maintence dont even exist . Its not good for a long term stay.
