This townhome features a spacious layout and is 1 level with washer and dryer connections, a wood burning fireplace and a large kitchen with separate dining area and 2 full baths. Spacious living room with lots of ambient lighting and a deck just outside the kitchen to enjoy the lush outdoors. There are no noisy breezeways or neighbors above or below you, with upfront parking right at your door! Our application fee is $39 per person 18 years of age and older. Must gross 2 to 3 times the monthly rent amount to qualify income. Requires a starting $400 (non-refundable fee) based on credit and a $125 admin fee (non-refundable). Water and Garbage are separate, monthly pest control is included with the rental price. This property does not accept section 8 vouchers.
