Property Ratings at Glen Street Associates
Air quality very poor in apartments due to dirty air ducts and high vocs in paint, causing health issues for people. Apartments are nice otherwise but owner does not take responsibility for issues to correct them, and blames tenants instead. Negative/ bizarre experience dealing with this company.
For how much I pay, I should be able to find a parking spot. Nope, the neighbors take all the spots and management doesn't enforce their policies. The construction is shoddy, the maintenance is bad, and snow removal is non existant. They don't do such a great job of screening tenants either. Oh, and the parking, it's aweful!

So, this angry person has since left. Just saw this review. Really quite funny. Everything is false. We have never had any of these complaints from him. He has since moved somewhere else, where the new landlord asked if I had any problems with him and any advise to get rid of him. Our reputation in Glens Falls is one I encourage you to check on!!
