Unless you’re getting a renovated apartment or townhome. Save yourself the hassle especially at move out. You can’t choose your own electric provider and the costs are through the roof literally. No insulation and outdated appliances equals crazy high energy costs and consumption. The paint is poorly done. Peels and cracks then you’ll be charged for a full paint job when you move out.

The maintenance staff at Glenhaven is top notch. I recently had an issue and they resolved it completely. They are friendly and helpful. Agustin was very helpful and addressed an issue with my microwave light while he was there working on another problem with my refrigerator. I’ve lived here for 5-1/2 years, and I appreciate the care that the maintenance staff gives, especially Agustin.

It’s really hard to find an office staff that really cares. Every time I come in I’m greeted with smiles and all the information I need. Great help and great place to call home.
I moved to Glenhaven 6 weeks ago and love it here. At the time I toured the complex 3 days later I was moving in. Everything is clean, updated/remodeled apartments are super nice and bigger than I expected, the grounds are kept, no creepy-crawlies to worry about, the maintenance is on top of things to fix, Justin in the office is amazing, the gym has updated equipment and a decent size, its quiet for an apartment complex, the pool just opened and looks beautiful, a small covered jungle gym for the kids is available and clean, the complex borders a golf course so a stroll around the complex has some nice views. And most importantly I feel safe, #1 priority. Thank you Glenhaven.

I’ve liked living here well enough at first but living here has only gotten worse and worse. The apartments are four floors and the elevators haven't worked in MONTHS. With only a couple sporadic updates which do little more than confirm that they won't be fixed any time soon. As someone living on the fourth floor, you pay top dollar for these apartments and have so many additional struggles that management has made no effort to allieviate. Health issues and accessibility aside, be prepared for no one to be able or want to visit you, delivery people hate you, daily chores like groceries and cleaning are made way harder than they should be. To top it all off, they have ignored my efforts to reach out to them directly. For the price, save yourself the headache and choose anywhere but here.

Wow have times changed. 3 years ago I gave a 5 star rating, not so much as 1 star now. I have been here about 8/9 years. this by far has been the worst last year or so. The elevator has been broken over 35 days. The story we were told is the part is on back order. So there is not ONE part in the whole world with the part that is needed? This is completely unacceptable especially for the older residents and those with mobility limitations as myself. Spending unnecessary money to have essentials/groceries delivered because there is no way to get them upstairs. Oh, but they make sure the landscaping company comes out TWICE a week for grass that barely grows. Not to mention how they couldn't find the person who dropped a gallon of paint in the parking lot causing several ppl to mess up their cars. It's so much more but nothing will change except the fact that I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE. This is no reflection on Maintenance as they are good.

They don't seem concerned about those who are VERY PREGNANT, elderly and/or have mobility issues that have to take the stairs. Now ppl have to spend unnecessary money to have essentials/ groceries delivered because their mobility won't allow them to carry them up the stairs. Their story is NOBODY in this world has the part, it is on back order. But im sure they are more concerned about having the landscaping company come out twice a week to cut grass that barely grows. This is also by far the worst Management this property has had. Management get worse each time new management comes in.

These are nice apartments but dated and need renovation which I see is happening. However the high increase in rent is very hard on tenants like myself on a fixed income. My biggest problem is how there is no sound barrier between floors. I live on the third floor and I can hear everything the guy above me does. It wakes me up and it?s very loud.
It seems to be a very nice community. In a great location. The apartments are very nice and spacious. A little pricey but really nice.
After living here for 6 years it's a great place.
Friendly and helpful maintenance staff always helps one feel confident that the issue with be properly resolved.
If you could update the amenities, I would feel more comfortable recommending this place.
The apartment was great, we moved due in while we were building a house, and moved out when it was finished.

Because these apartments are old. Many things need to be fixed or replaced. Most of the appliance are old.
I recommend this community frequently to my friends and family! I love how comfortable and safe I feel in this complex. I love that the Williamson County SO do drive throughs to show a safe presence here also!
Covid has definitely been an issue, and I totally understand the hardships that covid has caused. It seems that since Glenhaven took over, there are some challenges with keeping the grounds clean. Trash is always scattered around the trash bins and the gates are never closed. When I go for a walk around the community there is trash and dog poop everywhere. The paint is peeling off of our front doors and really needs to be repainted. The swimming pool has been a disaster! I love sitting around the pool in the evenings, but it's been in terrible shape for several months. On a positive note, I love the staff and they are always professional and very easy to talk to. The staff always takes care of my maintenance requests in a timely matter. Thank you.
Do not live on the 3rd or 4th floor due to the elevator being out too frequently. If you have a disability as I do, try to get a 1st floor apartment.
I would recommend the apartment complex. The only thing that is missing is not something that the apartments can do much about. But just the area could have more restaurant / coffee / bar / lounge offerings as opposed to the standard convenient store, fast food, suburban lifeless landscape. Perhaps Hutto will eventually get their Co-Op businesses open within the next 5 years. . .sure are slow with anything but houses, apartments, and fast food buildings rising quickly.
This property is very well taken care of. It’s the office staff that is just horrible! The women in the office are rude and unprofessional and need to learn what customer service is! They also closed the office for hours during “lunch”… guess they don’t care to work for 2-3 hours middle of day!
Just knowing a maintenance issue will be resolved quick and properly takes a lot of worry off of any resident's mind and is a key reason some people choose a managed property over homeownership.
The maintenance team is really good. They are polite and helpful and they go above and beyond.

I have no complaints we have lived here 11 years and have gone thru several Management/owners but Glen Haven has come in and is restoring it back to what it once was a great community and complex and has great staff and maintenance people on board now and they are busy every day getting the grounds ready for autumn and winter. I have on intentions of leaving here I love it. We moved here to retire August 2010 from Calif and stayed. My unit is big a spacious and I had all the upgrades added at extra cost but it has been worth it. Come and take a look around you won’t regret living here it’s quiet and just a great living place.

The appearance of the maintenance worker was less than tidy/professional, he left a bit of the mess from the leak plus some dirt and grime in my bathtub from the water reservoir. But he was nice and knowledgeable.

The size of the primary rooms are huge!

Basically because they are really nice townhouses I had mine upgraded when it was being built and whenever anything needs replacing I ask for the same or comparable item so my house is not all mix and match and they have always come through for me.
Communication has been great and the is important to me. Maintenance has been very fast which is another plus for any apartments. Justin has been outstanding to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating every time I have needed someone!
I love living here. Just wish us repeat renters wouldn't have our rent increased each time especially for those that lease more than a 12 month period.
Would recommend because generally quiet with an excellent view and good service from staff; nice apartment amenities. Would not because of recent heavy smell of marijuana, random cars parked short term in my paid carport space, & long time problem of dog feces not being picked up by owners. Hopefully it will get better.
Only concern/ complaint is that the entire community is almost always out of poop bags, therefore there are lots of poop piles lying around. Ask the maintenance men often and they say they weren't ordered or we hope to get some soon.... even after more than 4 weeks without any.
