We were so happy this whole time, the apartments are in really good condition, they are bigger than a lot of other options, the amenities are always clean and working, we never had any issue in the apartment or in the community, also the neighborhood is safe, we never had any situation and several times we were arriving after midnight, the staff it’s AMAZING! (Thank you all for making this time there unforgettable!!! ) honestly we just Moved due work, if not we will continue there, believe me, Glenmoor Green apartment 22A will be always in our hearth!

They increased the rent by about 9%, $252 on the first rent renewal. When I asked why so much, I was told rent was not increased during COVID and of course the inflation. They wrote, "increases are between 5 and 10%." It would have been a decent thing if they told me to expect a substantial rent increase after COVID or in near future. I would not have moved here had I known up to a 10% rent increase is going to be the norm. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Pros: If there are any issues, the manager responds within a day and gets things fixed. Large size apartments. Enough place for kids to play around. My unit had washer and dryer, which was convenient. Very close to 880, saves good time. Decent elementary school up to Grade-6 Decent sized car garage. Cheapest gas station just in front of the apartment. For shopping, this is nicely located. Cons: One bathroom does not have ventilation. Requires lights when we need to use it. Increased rent by 9% in 16months. But the whole rental market is hot.
Managment is not friendly. Blunt in answering any questions. They keep increasing the rent more then 10% a year (against the law). laundromat is filthy and machines are always broken or not available. Gym has hardly 2-3 equipments. Visitor's parking is always a headache on weekends and evenings.

Management is friendly, I just do not respond well to people that talk down to me... Laundry rooms are new... Last rent increase was on average 5%... Gym is made up of donated equipment, not our best feature... No visitor parking on the property... With all that we still have a beautiful property hidden on the corner of Mowry and Farwell, one block from 880.
We have lived here 15 years and for good reason. This apartment complex ticks all the right check-boxes. (1) Safe (Gated Community). There has been a few burglaries (which apartment complex does not) but the management tries its best to ensure security e.g. by installing security cameras and using private security firms to patrol the property etc. (2) Location (Close to 880 Exit, Grocery, Gas, Restaurants, Schools etc) (3) Fair rent policy (Reasonable rent relative to the market with month-to-month lease) (4) Excellent Tenant Service (in my 15 years, I haven't had one maintenance request that was not attended to inside 1-2 days) (5) Rules are enforced consistently (tenants are routinely made aware of rules regarding parking, noise, car speed limit inside the complex and often called out for breaking them) (6) Family friendly (if you have a family, your children will feel safe and happy here). The only downside I can think of is that the children in this complex (there seem to be too many here) can sometimes get noisy. I have witnessed single tenants sometimes getting perturbed by this. Overall, this apartment is great value for your rent!!
it's not a luxury apartment but it provides all basic facialities, pool/gym/internet. Location is a big plus.
This spacious one bedroom is made for comfortable living. There is an enclosed patio which is spacious with room for patio furniture, plants and very private. The living room is huge with a plenty of room for funiture and still a lot of floor space for walking around. There is a lot of light with a sliding glass door leading out to the spacious patio. The kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher and has plent of storage. Everyone wants a large bedroom and this apartment has just that. It comfortably holds a queen size bed, two nightstands, a chest of drawers, a six drawer dresser with a television and still leaves plenty of room to walk around in . It would definately hold a king size bed. Who could ask for more? In addition it has a walk through closet with room for two people to hang their clothes and has shelving above. The bathroom has a tub AND shower and off of it there is a hallway that has a huge closet for storage. This is a wonderful apartment for very comfortable living!
The apartment is in the center of Fremont, Denny's, Oliver Garden, Lucky...are in walking distance. Safe Way, CVS, Ross... only five minutes driving. Washington Hospital is nearby. In two minutes you are in high way 880, 40 minutes you can see Bay Bridge, 20 minutes you are in 101 heading Los Angeles. But in side the gated community, you never feel you are in a bustling City, but a safe, quiet green covered, colorful flowers around garden. In hot Summer day the laughing of the kids from two swimming pools give you the vitality of life.

My wife and I have been happily living at Glenmoor Green Apartments for one year now. I am going to give the most honest, accurate, and fair review of Glenmoor Green as I can. Here are some noteworthy pros and cons that come to mind: Pros: -Rent is month to month which gives great flexibility. -Spacious apartments for the area (we have a 2 bedroom and feel very comfortable). -Large closets in both bedrooms. -Very easy access to Interstate 880. -Extremely close to shopping and restaurants (7-11, Chic-Fil-A, Lucky, Starbucks, Applebees, Olive Garden, and many more). -Close to Mattos Elementary. -Friendly and helpful staff. -Workout room and two pools as well as community BBQs and sitting areas. -Most apartments have a small patio or balcony. -Grounds are spacious, well kept, and pleasant to walk through. -We have never needed any major work to our unit. However, all work we have needed has been done professionally and within a few days of us requesting it. -The complex is gated which is a good thing because it is at the edge of a residential area and borders a shopping center. -Safe Cons: -In the Walters Jr. High, and Kennedy High school districts. While these schools aren't terrible, they are some of the least desirable in Fremont. -Parking can be an issue at times. You get 1 assigned spot (your garage or carport) plus you can park in (but are not guaranteed) one additional unassigned spot. -There is no guest parking, guests have to park somewhere outside of the complex. Guests are not even allowed to use your second spot, and will be towed if they do. -Most units do not have in room laundry. However, there are two coin operated community laundry rooms. -As with all housing in the Bay area, rent is expensive. Other Thoughts: -The apartments are definitely old, my parents actually lived here for a short time over 30 years ago. While some aspects are very noticeably old (cottage cheese ceilings, single pane windows etc.), it is overall surprisingly well maintained and well kept. When we moved into our unit, while not everything was new, it felt clean, fresh, and inviting. There are even some nice modern touches in our unit such as electrical outlets with built in USB connectors. -There is heat in our unit but no AC. Honestly though, we have never really needed AC. There are generally very few really hot days in Fremont, and our downstairs unit generally stays very cool. Overall, we are happy here, and would recommend it.
I have lived here nearly four years, and love to call Glenmoor Green home. The apartment complex was built in the 1970s, so the apartments are HUGE by today's standards, but have been well maintained and kept in good condition. There is a lot of storage space (my apartment has an attached locked storage unit) plus an extra closet in the hallway. Any problem I've had with maintenance has been handled within 24 hours, if not sooner. The grounds are beautifully kept, and full of majestic trees and well-established flowering plants and shrubs, with plenty of room to walk within the complex and feel safe, because it's all inside the gated community. There are also two pools which is nice in the summer!
Glenmoor Green is an excellent place to live. 4 years back we checked many apartments but couldn't find one that met all our requirements until we visited this place. It is a very well maintained apartment community. Rooms are very spacious, cabinets and contour tops are upgraded, lot of storage space and a tranquil place. All my guests that visited my apartment thoroughly liked this place and couple of them even moved to this community. Location is great with easy access to freeways, restaurants and groceries.
this apartment is very spacious, room are big, will maintain, quite area, office manager become a security at night and ride his golf cart to ensure everything is safe also this is the first time I saw office manager do that kind of thing. This complex is closed to fish-a-filet restaurant just 2 min walk of the gate.

Upscale? Really? I moved from there in 2001 when everything was really old. Appliances were old with no hope of replacement. I hope they did a total upgrade to appliances, carpeting, and lenolium to tile. If not this add is a huge misrepresentation. At the time we moved out the rent was similar to house payments. Way overpriced for what we got.
Beautiful - spacious - simple!! I'd love to live at Glenmoor Green's for a long, long time to come. FOR YEAR'S AND YEAR'S!!!!
