Located in Central Washington, the city of Yakima is both peaceful and quaint just 60 miles southeast of Mount Rainer. It’s located inside the Yakima Valley, which is noted for its abundance of apples, hops, and wineries. Locals are afforded many award-winning wines in Yakima, the heart of Washington Wine Country.
The area’s economy is mostly fueled by agriculture. Yakima Valley produces a lot of hops for beer production, making it one hoppy city. Residents look forward to satisfying their shopping needs at Valley Mall. The Casino Caribbean is right down the road from the Yakima Speedway, a popular attraction. In addition to multiple neighborhood parks, the city encompasses a local arboretum which has overflowing gardens, natural greenery, and large trees.
The Yakima Valley Museum houses an extraordinary exhibit full of native artifacts, relics of early settlement life, plus a 1930s Art Deco soda fountain. It’s off Tieton Drive in front of Franklin Park.

Property Ratings at Glenmoor Green I & II
During the period of time I was involved with Glenmoor management/property I had nothing but trouble. From the beginning, they had me jumping through hoops to apply and provide paperwork. They do not do anything online because they are stuck in the dark ages. I would never rent from this place again & wouldn't even want my least favorite person in the world to deal with the BS I had to. During my time there I heard so many stories from other residents about stuff the management had done towards them. They keep raising the rent and it's becoming unrealistic. Also, there are staff there that live on site, they do not follow the rules they enforce with the rest of the complex. I was there for 10 months & would never return, even if paid to. NEVER EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE. If this is your only option, make sure you know your legal right as a tenant and their legal responsibility as landlords, that's the only thing that will save you!
